Nachdem die Bestellung ansich bis zum Check-Out gepasst hat, war ich umso schockierter dass NUR PayPal als Zahlungsmöglichkeit zur Verfügung steht und dann auch noch die daraus resultierenden Gebühren auf den Kunden abgewälzt werden sollen. So mit Sicherheit nicht, denn diese Praxis ist gemäß den Richtlinien von PayPal unzulässig. Auch das entsprechend hohe Porto angesichts der langen Lieferzeit sagt einiges aus. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung hab ich den Kauf dann an der Stelle abgebrochen und kann dieses Unternehmen beim besten Willen nicht empfehlen.

Unbelievably dishonest company and support. Purchased a MR60BHA2 which was advertised as being used by someone on a couch and someone at a desk. The sensor is horribly inaccurate, saying I'm breathing 20 breaths per minute when holding my breath, showing my heartrate at 110bpm when Apple Watch shows 65bpm. Support refused to accept a return/refund, or even a replacement, stating that it is only to be used on a bed (???) and editing their wiki after sending the reply, to remove the desk example. So dishonest, yet another scamming company. If things change, I will update this review accordingly.

The most buggy website I have ever used.
Full of bugs in the ordering part, allocated money on my account multiple times, no order actually went through.
Ran into two visual errors when buying. Attempted using Mastercard and paypal. Mastercard woudn't work, paypal did but still did not go through, even if there was no errors.
I do NOT recommend. I have contacted them and informed them about the errors on the website.

Die Lieferzeiten, die angegeben werden, stimmen leider überhaupt nicht. Selbst wenn man den Aufpreis für eine UPS Lieferung zahlt, werden die Lieferzeiten nicht eingehalten.
Der Kundenservice ist nicht existent. Anfragen werden nicht zeitnah beantwortet.

I purchased a SeeedStudio synth module, but received a camera module instead. I asked a refund or exchange after receiving the wrong product from SeedStudio. Customer support is ghosting all channels, email, chat support,... name it. After 10 days of trying, I get no response on how I can exchange the wrong item for the right one.
I ordered all my items from the German EU shop, hoping this would give me the least trouble, but turns out to be wishful thinking.

Delivery was ok and fast but ... product did not perform as expected, so I asked for a refund. Not possible, simply because the item had already been used, as stated by Customer Service.
In the early days of web shopping this was a common 'web shop attitude' but later forbidden by EU law. A customer has the right to test the item and return it in case it does not perform or does not meet expectations (with the item in original state and packaging). After all, such a device can be reset and is not a consumable.

WoW, wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from these clowns. Ordered RPI CM4 a week ago have asked for order/shipping status 3 times and no response even though it's supposed to ship from US warehouse and to me in US. Last and only time I purchase anything from them.

I purchased a reSpeaker AI Kit on Saturday and cancelled it a few minutes later. The purpose of the cancellation was to purchase with expedited shipping. Instead today I get an e-mail today that they cannot cancel my order and that I will be charged 13% to return the product. I find it very disheartening to be treated in this way as a customer. I would warn anyone against purchasing from this vendor as they have very unsavory tactics to sell their products.

This company sells computer hardware. I purchased Home Assistant to bridge by Ring cameras to my Apple Home Kit. When I got the unit up and running on my own because there is zero tech support I did get the cameras to show in a little dashboard, however when you click on them they lose connection. I tried tech support throughout their community help page on Facebook, and I was laughed out of the room! I've had the unit a little over a week, and had to dispute my charges on Paypal and they finally got back to me and said they weren't going to give me a refund. Said it was a user error. First of all it's been a week second of all it didn't work And lastly if I had to purchase this through Amazon it would already be on in the mail on its way back! horrible customer service stay away!

Seeed Studio offer's pretty cool hardware for your smart home. I ordered a set of epaper display, epaper driver board and fitting ESP32-C3 from them. epapers shipped from China, the rest from Germany. After fiddling around with it, I had to find out, that I either had defect epaper, or ESP32 and driver board. From their perspective it's the cheapest, hence ESP32 and driver board, which they wanted to send me.
After 3 weeks of waiting, I started issuing a paypal claim and out of the sudden the replacement hardware is shipping.
Still my epaper display's are the problem, as also with the original ESP32 driver board from Waveshare these displays are not getting to work.
Don't waste your money on them, if you're unsure to receive working parts. Btw. if you read their site thoroughly, all parts must be returned to china on own cost!!!

These guys are lying thieves; I've ordered a home assistant yeloow, and cancelled the day after in the morning. (website stated i could cancel as long the order was in processing).. An hour later i received a mail, instead of my cancellation it stated that the order was shipped. After contacting them and explaining there was something wrong; They just said, i should keep it or send it back to china with a 13% surcharce tax and shipping fee..(it shipped from germany by the way) Or i should refuse the shippment, that would mean stay at home from work to refuse the package. Never in my life have I experience such unproffesional behaviour with an onlne shop .. If you are in europe or usa DO NOT ORDER from these guys

I used this site to purchase a fairly rare embedded device (Jetson Nano Orin) at retail price. The customer service was excellent, and I received my order quickly and securely through DHL, although the import charges were significant. I bought the pre-order, which was scheduled to arrive in September but surprisingly arrived in July! Overall, an excellent experience.

I ordered a product worth €70, but canceled the order before it was shipped. Despite this, the item was still sent out.
When I requested a return, I was told:
I have to return the item at my OWN expense to CHINA, even though it was shipped from a GERMAN warehouse (This is not stated anywhere on their website).
The return must include a tracking number, increasing the cost to at least €30.
They told me to declare a very low value (5 USD) to avoid Chinese customs fees which they would deduct from my refund.
After all deductions, I would only be refunded $54.78 (about €48), meaning over 30% of the original price is lost, even though the item is unused and unopened.
Nowhere during the purchase process was it made clear that returns must be shipped to China at the buyer’s cost. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. The return conditions are buried in email threads after purchase, not visible before buying.

I do not recommend buying from Seeed if you expect any kind of fair or manageable return policy. Once you’ve placed an order, you’re basically stuck with it—even if you cancel it right away.

placed order, per website order would be shipped within a few days. a week went by still processing. I contacted seeed, it took them 3 days to respond, they lied and provided a tracking number that didnt work and said it had already shipped. Then no updates no communication. my order page still said processing so i reached out again and they said the package was lost and no inventory for 2 months. they only said something after me reaching out. Terrible communication and dishonesty. I dont think anything was ever sent. avoid this company.

Wie von anderen beschrieben ist der Support eine Katastrophe. Ich habe PCIe3.0 Switch to dual M.2 hat for Raspberry Pi 5, Support NVMe SSD, Support Hailo8/8L bestellt und es passt meine existierende Hailo8L mit A E Key nicht mal in einen Slot. Ich möchte die Karte nun rechtskonform zurück geben und erstattet bekommen oder eine funktionierende bekommen. Nach mehreren Versuchen gebe ich jetzt auf und schreibe die 50€ ab.
Finger weg! Zu großes Risiko und Ärger bei Problemen.
Bei Hobby verdirbt das eher den Spaß.
Update: Mittlerweile hat man die Infos zur Kompatibilität angepasst und mir den Betrag zurück erstattet. Daher habe ich meine Bewertung auch angepasst.

Support ist extrem langsam, seit 4 Wochen versuche ich nun ein defektes Teil ersetzt zu bekommen. Der Support wiederholt sich mit seinen Wiki-Lösungsvorschlägen, ist insgesamt wenig kompetent und Antworten dauern teils 9-10 Tage. Bisher war nichts davon zielführend. Sehr entäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen.

Nothing is special about this product and I question its legitimacy.. Once you order you better watch that account, they start doing re-occurring charges and not sending any product... ITS A SCAM out of southern California of all places.
