Don't bother with this company. I ordered 4 items. The package came late and when it did 2 items were missing. I tried to contact the company by telephone immediately but phone never working. Emailed them and they responded saying as far as they were concerned, the clothes were shipped and I received them. They ignored my subsequent email and closed my complaint. I tried to reach them after that - and got no response. There was no inquiry attempt at an investigation. A complete waste of time and money. The items I did receive were poorly made and the fabric cheap. I ended up giving the clothing I did receive to a local charity shop. If you want value for money and guaranteed delivery, I suggest you try Primark! Select Fashion is a shoddy company with no customer service skills. A definite thumbs down.

Visited the Bracknell branch today and the two young girls working in there were ridiculously unprofessional! Swearing and shouting at eachother across the room, no manners or smiles. Will not be spending my money here again, very un-inviting customer service.

I was disappointed that the jacket was not the cropped one that I had seen in store and also the sleeves were very long.
It was quite a shock that I had to package it back up and return via a Post Office and pay, you even suggest recorded delivery!
As I collected instore that should all be either explained at time of order on line or displayed at your pay desks.

Purchased online, had a great online discount delivery was free and very prompt.
Sizes vary a 10 in the one dress I bought was perfect then a size 10 in another dress was 2 sizes too small..wanted to exchange but could not because every store I phoned did not have that specific dress.

We was easy to order online and when I went to collect my order the staff were friendly and nice. Great service all round. I used the Peterlee branch.

I wrote to Customer Service over 7 days ago have had no response. Telephone number provided has been constantly engaged and no one including shop assistant can help. I will not shop at Select again if this isn't resolved ASAP because my daughter needs the shoe for school.

I was so pleased to find a select fashion store on holiday in Devon I purchased a few items. Where I live they closed them all so you can imagine how excited I was to see one in Devon (yippee)
I then returned home and went shopping on line to purchase a dress I had bought in Devon in a different colour . I’m very happy to be shopping at select again 😊

Great trendy shopping and is an easy shopping store with very friendly staff

Bought a pink edge to edge jacket. The material cheapened the look of the jacket and I felt it lacked shape so returned to the store. The staff were very friendly and I exchanged for some sandals and jewellery.

Very quick delivery click & collect the only negative is you cannot get a refund in the shop only a credit voucher! I can send back using recorded delivery at a cost to myself!!!!
Other than that I do like select clothing & your shop in Holton rd barry does you proud what lovely staff & the manageress is fab
