We’ve been working with this company for over 10 years, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. Their team is highly reliable, orders are always shipped on time, which is critical for our business operations. Most importantly, the quality of their products is exceptional and consistently dependable. It’s rare to find a partner who delivers this level of consistency over such a long period. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and long-term business partner.

After-sales support is non-existent. They sell SSDs not up to spec or physically clawed, as if a tank drove over them. Requests for exchange or refund go unanswered for weeks (but hey, you can buy more!). Requests to replace SSD that works at x2 PCIe width instead of expected x4 - unanswered. Timeline difference makes it extremely awkward, no available rep for EU working hours, so don't expect them to be available when you need them. Judging by other reviews - place is good until they decide to scam you, then all you're left with is opening a dispute/chargeback with payment processor.

I've been dealing with ServerSupply for 15-20 years now. Their product knowledge is exceptional and they provide quick delivery of parts. I know I'll continue to work with ServerSupply since my experience has been nothing but positive for all these years.

Customer service was great and we got our order 3 days earlier than expected, very happy overall

I purchased 16 x 64 GB Samsung with guarantee ( Sales Order Number:
4428400 on 24/10/2025) , 1 of them was defective from the first day after receiving. I contacted them several times and sent several email to each contact published in website but no one answer me. They will sell to you but never do replacement for defective parts. I paid via card and can open dispute but I tried to resolve the issue before disputing then. I do not recommend them.

I bought a Fortinet firewall that was $1,500 and it didn't come with the UTP and Forticare license that said came with the firewall. I sent an email 14 days ago no response and sent another one today. I'm going to go to the BBB Better Business Bureau to file a complainant any other options I can do? Im going to go to every website so that everyone is aware not to do busness with them

I placed an order with this website, It clearly says you can pay with credit in the United states. I am in the United States so I placed my order. I received an email saying I need to pay with wire transfer. Confused I call the number where I am told " we are not comfortable delivering this to a residential address via PayPal". I say well I can pay with an AMEX then and you can call AMEX to verify funds, they say no no we will cancel the order because you cannot wire transfer. No reason was given and meanwhile my credit card was already authorized for the amount. If they cannot take it, why did they authorize it then and lock up my funds so I cannot buy it elsewhere? Because customers don't matter to you that's why. I was hung up on by 1 agent and then spoke with a supervisor who said "I've dealt with customers like you, You don't last long and hung up on me as well." Charging a card and locking up my funds then telling me I have to wait to get them back even though you clearly decided within 1 hour of the order you wouldn't accept it. At the same time didn't immediately cancel the authorization? Make it make sense?

I am severely disappointed , they said on the phone "Its $8000 and we don't feel comfortable" ya.. its 8000 that's how much an RTX PRO 6000 cost, if that's your policy PUT IT ON THE WEBSITE CLEARLY AND I WOULD HAVE NEVER CLICKED BUT IT NOW. They don't really care because their support knows "customers like you don't last long" , but hopefully this finds someone who needs to know if they can trust the website or not. Now I need to delay my implementation because I trusted the wrong company.

twice I placed orders with these people. The first order was cancelled because they claim I tried to order through wire transfer. On a replacement order, they would not complete the transaction because of a foreign email address in spite of shipping address and bank being from the U.S. I will absolutely not deal with a company so far behind in times. Beyond that, that have far too much refurbished inventory.

I could have made a mistake on the oder. I received 2 32gb RAM micron ECC 5600 DDR5. (apropriate for a DELL T560 8 channel, 2 cpu, etc.

I had ordered the memory for A DELL T360. Similar DDR5 5600 ECC, single cpu, 2 channel memory.

I wanted to do an excange, at first Server Supply said they did not recognize the order number. I sent them the packing slip.

The ram is going used into another dell server.

I would think twice about ordering from server supply. I gave them an order number from the packing slip.
The order showed up on a CC. If it was not legit RAM, I could have just done a chargeback and sent the ram back. THe CC charge left a paper trail.

Dishonest company with misleading and fraudulent practices!

I purchased a "New in Box" Cisco firewall from them and when I registered it with Cisco so I can get the firmware and security updates Cisco said it was a product registered in Poland and they would not register it.

I immediately called Server Supply and was told they (Server Supply) was not an authorized vendor for Cisco! He asked that I email their RMA department Monday so I can return the item.

I emailed them and advised the box is still sealed and I need to return it because I could not register it. I received a reply from Chaz Bishop saying I can return it if I paid them a 25% restocking fee! Chaz stated "...we are not a Cisco-authorized reseller. All of our Cisco products are not smart-net eligible"

There is no indication / disclosure about this on the website and the product is worthless without updates (it's a firewall).

It seams like this is their scam to make 25% on worthless hardware that they get back to victimize the next customer with the same hardware!

Buyer beware BIG time. Never again will I purchase from this company. They are selling faulty drives that I had to troubleshoot after installing with QNAP, exhaustive number of hours via QNAP's excellent technical support. Purchase from reputable company when I called this company I realized that I had been duped by a little gang of vipers. It's my fault, don't go down the same road unless you want to get scammed.

I placed the original order on 12/22 for four hard drives. Two were needed for a project on 12/31. The original drives were supposed to arrive on 12/28, but ended up not arriving until 12/29. As only half the order. I emailed the organization and tried to call and of course, it was after noon so they were closed for the day. I did receive an e-mail response that they were gone and would be back after January 2nd and might look into it at that time. At 2:00 PM on January 2nd I called Server Supply again to ask where my order was, and the confused person who answered didn't even know the order hadn't shipped, what the order was, or where the drives were and said they would e-mail me back with a tracking number. I have heard that before.
Server Supply had no issues with charging my card just not fulfilling my order or providing any customer service.

I odered a 10tb HDD from these guys on December 2nd. Received the drive on December 7th and it didn't work right out of the box. I tested it for a couple days and tried to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong, but in the end it appeared to be a defective drive. On December 12th I sent email to their rma department, as their website indicated to do to start a returns process. By December 15th I hadn't gotten a reply so I called. I was told that the RMA department wasn't in, and to call back the next day. Already weird that their entire RMA department was out for a whole day and nobody else could process a return for me. I'm already a little miffed about this, but fine I call the next day. The guy that answered the phone for me the next day was the most rude customer service agent I have ever worked with.

I said "hi id like to speak to RMA please"
He just said "yeah" in a very annoyed tone of voice.
I referenced the order number and the fact I had requested an RMA over email.
Before I could finish he interrupted me to say in a still very aggravated tone of voice "ya so you want a new one or what?"
I said "yes please".
I don't recall what he said next but it was very quick before he hung up. I got an email from the company saying my RMA had been submitted and if my return qualified for a return FedEx label, to look for an email from FedEx with the label attached. The guy on the phone of course said nothing about a shipping label so I waited a day to get an email from FedEx before I just gave up and bought my own FedEx label.

I put the return in the mail on the 16th. One week had gone by and I hadn't heard anything more so on Friday the 22nd I called and couldn't get an answer so I guess they were closed for a long weekend.

I called back the next week on the 28th, the lady that answered the phone told me that their rma department was out for the day and to call back tomorrow. Note, the person did not warn me that they were closing early on the 29th. So it is now today, Friday December 29th and when I call on my lunch break I get no answer, so I check their website and sure enough it says they close early today for new years. Should I have checked that myself? Maybe, but if you're gonna tell me to call back in a day that you're closing, it's on you to tell me that info.

As far as I am concerned this company has stolen my money and is ignoring me and my return request. I will not longer be requesting a replacement but a full refund. This is ridiculous. This company is awful. Their service is awful. In the day of instant service from the likes of Amazon and Best buy you really need to give customers a reason to shop with you instead, and this terrible company has given me every reason to never shop with them again.

My experience was made great by 3 things. 1. You having what I needed. 2. You having it at a price I was willing to pay. 3. You sent it to me in a timely manner.
