Very poor company, item missing due to evri delivering to the wrong address, supplier has done nothing to support a resolution, they are just drop shippers. Looks like I will need to stop payment via the bank

I have bought about 4 sets of cotton seersucker duvet covers which are not only good value for money but wash up very good are comfortable to the skin and look good on the bed.

Lovely mattress cover but not as comfortable as I thought it would be going off the description. I had one from Debenhams same size but definitely more comfortable

I have purchased 3 single and 2 double deep filled mattress toppers, all at different times, no problem at all, the product is a good size, beautiful and cosy they have been great value for the money, go on treat yourself to a great cosy night sleep. Shipping is usually 3_5 days.

Don’t ignore the recent 1 star reviews about people not receiving their orders. They’re doing exactly that, fulfilling some orders and scamming the rest, just hope you purchase from a platform that will refund you, if you’re willing to risk your money.
Made a TikTok shop order (big mistake) and 1 day later, they marked as shipped and then a day later it showed delayed. Now I have to wait until September 30th before TikTok automatically cancel the order and refund me.

I ordered a mattress topper from this company.
It states on the advertisement that it is 4 inches thick. This is false advertising as its 1 inch at most. The advertisement also gives the impression that it has a luxurious look and feel, it does not.
I asked for a full refund and was told I had to send it back at my own cost.
Disgusting company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

My mattress topper is brilliant so comfortable best I have ever bought,price and delivery excellent would recommend this company.

Ordered a Topper from Amazon, was told 24/48 he shipping. Was told it was "Dispatched" a few hours later (Brilliant I thought) ITEM NEVER ARRIVED!! Contacted Royal Mail as they were delivering it, was told "It has NOT been dispatched" contacted seller via Amazon to get an update..... received a message back saying, "Sorry item was dispatched and collected but not scanned by the courier, and we will give you £20 compensation" (Item never cost me that in the first place) LIES, LIES and more LIES!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Before you buy anything online, always make sure you know where it's coming from and by who, and read their reviews!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM AMAZON!!!

Really worried, placed an order, 48 hrs delv not come. Tried to call phone out of use. Email bounced back. Any ideas???

This super comfortable mattress topper is a brilliant price and delivery was spot on. It fitted well over the mattress and I was able to use my stretchy mattress protector on top so it stays in place perfectly.
Wonderful nights sleep - I was worried I would find it too hot at the moment but the weather has cooled down and I was comfortable. It's going to be so snug when the colder nights come in.

I have recently ordered several items from this company, all but one was delivered. I contacted the supplier and got an immediate response. The item which was missing did not meet their quality standard and was discontinued. I have been given a full refund and a 10% off my next purchase. Response time to emails was excellent and the matter sorted in a couple of days. The items I did receive were of a high standard and I have to say, the mattress topper is superb.

Unfortunately I didn't receive my items. Several Emails have been ignored and their telephone number is not in use, with no refund in sight. Very dissatisfied customer indeed!!!

Ordered King size Duvet 13.5. Arrived after 3 days. OK not the 48 hr promised but on inspection, duvet 13.5 tog is very light and the manufacturer's label has been cut out, just leaving the washing instructions. Think I'll send it back as I don't want to freeze to death this winter.

Avoid avoid!! . Still waiting for my duvet promised in two days. 10 days later! Sent tracking code that shows still in hub and they are blaming Royal Mail. Poor communication When I call the number it cuts off Requested refund. No reply! Seems like a scam to me

August 1st ordered a King size mattress topper from this firm because I needed it urgently for an enexpected guest arriving and it stated a 2/3 day delivery.
August 4th told delivery would be delayed.
Same day cancelled the order explaining why.
August 7th parcel left in my absence.
Emailed requesting return label and refund.
Request came for photograhhs.
Return acknowledged as parcel unopened.
Never received return label.
Further request sent.
Reply came giving an address and saying that I must pay postage. This is a heavy courier delivered parcel.
Since then numerous emails from me have been ignored.
What happened to consumer rights??
