We were helped with any minor problems we encountered with courtesy and efficiency. We would certainly recommend to family and friends.

I worked with Samantha on finding the right house and then the process of purchasing. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was always prompt in responding and offered guidance and advice on the whole process. Certainly a much better service than I have ever experienced from any estate agent in the UK.

We can honestly say, without reservation, that Sam made our house purchase stress free, hassle free, easy, smooth, jargon free, understandable and really added a personal touch and we really couldn't recommend both her and Sextant highly enough. She couldn't do enough for us and was always easily contacted and replied promptly with all the answers. Truly fabulous.

Samantha Woodgate was our agent in the Correze and from the initial meeting to view the property to signing and beyond the service we have received has been first class. I found the service from Sextant excellent. Romaine answered my initial enquiry via the web with promptness, he arranged several viewings and confirmed arrangements with me prior to visiting France. It was through Sextant's descriptions that I found the perfect town of Mirepoix and completed my purchase last summer. My husband and I are going to France in February for the first time as property owners! Thanks to you Sextant!
