Ordered the item international. Shipping was on its way until I noticed it was turning back around, back to sexyemporium. Contacted the store and they found out the box was damaged, and they sent me another box, new item and faster shipping company. Got it in less than two weeks and everything went great. Very hard and fast working people at sexy emporium. Now, we get to have fun and play.

Do not use this rip off artist...Shaun is his name..I bought a toy that had an embossed stamp on it that would cause irritation as I have a skin and muscle condition..I didnt soon or use it...he was rude and blocked me so I couldnt send it back ...I had to go through ebay..when he recieved it he wouldnt give me a full refund...his feedback is rubbish everyone saying how rude and abusive he is....lots of negativity about the products...dont waste your money or your time...dreadful man

Purchased an item from this Company, of which was NOT as described, returned the item for a refund ( still sealed) and only received 50% refund !!..Sent 4 E mails, they said they would look into it...no reply..Cowboys !!!

You pulled out a Calliper Ruler and demanded a refund on 'not as described' because the length we provided for the £6.99 dildo you bought was rounded to the nearest millimetre - which was not precise enough for you.
Our items are listed with detailed specifications, hand modelled images and videos.
We stopped replying and blocked you after you began to harass us with threatening emails and phone calls to our staff. And we still provided a refund. You then continued to abuse us over email and phone with disturbing messages and threats such as 'watch what happens next..'.
We can see you may be doing this to other businesses too by the looks of the other 60+ reviews you have left on TrustPilot.
