Staffordshire Garden Furniture Reviews 

We're currently still waiting for our furniture. The previous date given they didn't turn up and gave the excuse that the furniture was damaged on the van. One they seem to use regularly. The excuse for not calling us was they had the incorrect number on the invoice which was a lie. They had both our mobile number, both were correct. Also they had phoned us in the first instance to arrange a delivery date. The woman in customer service is rude and incompetent. The company were selling under the name Premium garden furniture, presumably so we wouldn't see their terrible reviews. We only discovered their proper trading name when they sent a text "confirming" our delivery date as Friday 7th when they told us on the phone Saturday 8th, and asked for our postcode. We assumed it was a scam, but it was actually them.
They suggested they could leave the furniture in the front garden if we were out. I didn't agree to this as I think they are untrustworthy and would probably lie about leaving it.
If the furniture actually arrives today, which i am not confident about, I'll revise my review accordingly. Currently I would say avoid this company at all costs.
Update
The furniture did arrive, Paul, the driver, was excellent and the furniture is good quality. For that I have changed the rating from one star to three. Even so, I would suggest buying at your local garden centre.

Missed first delivery date (no contact to explain why) Phoned to be told it had been damaged in transit- it would be another week. Same happened again! Phoned and, after being mysteriously cut off mid phonecall, was told it would be another week! Have asked for refund-fingers crossed! 🤞🏻🤦🏼‍♀️

Ordered , delivered, fitted all within the agreed time frame.
Very pleased with the gazebo, Andre and his colleague worked quickly , very tidy , checked we were totally happy with the finished product. Looks amazing, very happy , no issues , would recommend.

I ordered my set via Amazon. Unfortunately, due to issues with expected dates, my payment was refunded. A lovely lady from the company contacted me directly and gave me the option to continue with my order and pay on the day. The lad who came was very polite and courteous, did a cracking job of carrying the huge chairs down into my garden and setting the rest up whilst he was there. I am absolutely thrilled with my new table and 6 chairs. The only thing I reduced 1 star for was the difficulty in getting hold of someone via telephone. I understand they are very busy especially at this time of year but due to it being the only means of contacting someone it makes it harder to confirm anything. An email at the time of order would be a huge help. Overall, I am happy with the service and goods I received. Many thanks!

Really wish Id read these reviews first!
Ordered a Gazebo through e-bay, had to change the delivery date a few times but no big deal, gave a few bizarre excuses but turned up as agreed, eventually. Put the gazebo up, looks great so I asked Andre if they could fit a floor and some sides. He emailed me with a price but I needed to pay half before they could start to manufacture. That was half of £658. Paid by bank transfer and waited for a date. Chased numerous times, eventually got 8th July as the date but they never turned up. Money taken, no item delivered and now they dont answer texts, WhatsAapp or emails. Will be taking them to court for my money. Real shame as the Gazebo is lovely and they've lost £658 worth of business although they are up £329 on me at the moment!!

Very happy with my garden furniture. The quality is excellent! My only concern was when trying to contact the company to enquire when it would be delivered, I had no reply to my texts and was really anxious after reading other reviews. They didn’t reply turn up late afternoon and the delivery man assembled the furniture as promised. He was quick and efficient and I love it!!!

Ordered a garden table 19 days ago. Having been told previously that it had been "Dispatched" I am now told that it has not been so and that it is now "Delayed".
I wish I had read the very poor reviews this company receives before I had ordered and advise others to do so.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Saw some furniture at the Kent Garden show and ordered it. Paid £20 deposit. Unfortunately, due to the long delay of delivery, I was forced to go elsewhere to purchase garden furniture so contacted this company to get the order cancelled and my deposit returned. They have ignored three emails, two messages on their own website and a text message. Basically, they have stolen £20 from me. Very pleased I didn’t go with them and pay the full amount, especially as my friend pointed out that some of the garden furniture we saw at the show was very rough on top and could have called splinters. I did note on their invoice they said upon receipt you have to paint it with Cuprinol or similar so can only imagine very cheap wood, made cheaply. Maybe this is they nake their money, attend shows and take £20 deposit and don’t honour orders or return the deposit when requested . despicable company. It’s my £20, not theirs and they have stolen it.

Order was cancelled by the seller with no explaination whattsoever.still saying the item i wanted has 5 left.
Utter waste of time useless company

We ordered garden furniture from a guy for this company at Stratford upon Avon market. We paid £20 deposit. Two weeks later we had a text to say when it was going to be delivered. I received a text stating that the delivery driver had an accident and the goods were damaged. Received another delivery date but stated we had to pay before delivery. Date for delivery that was given was unsuitable. Have tried on numerous occasions to speak with someone but even leaving a message and details no one has contacted us. So glad we didn't pay up front although we're £20 out of pocket.

This company is going under different names when their accounts get suspended from people like us who have had to go through bad experiences with them and have fallen victim of trying to order garden furniture from them. They are currently called Staffordshire Outdoor Furniture Ltd. They are trading through all the platforms, Amazon, EBay, Etsy and probably more I haven’t discovered. I ordered a Wooden Swing Arbour bench on the 2nd May, delivery was expected between 13th-21st May. On the 20th May, I received a message from the seller through Amazon. Hi we will be delivering your garden furniture on Thursday 28th May. A whole week later than expected. I thought ok fair enough, it’s just another week, I will wait and with the added benefit that they claim all their furniture is fully assembled upon delivery, it’s ok if they’re late. Thursday 28th May morning around 8am, I received a further message from them via Amazon. We are very sorry blah blah blah, van broken down, we will re-deliver Wednesday 3rd June. Another week later. I recognised a pattern was occurring and thought something isn’t right. So I told them I want a refund, they replied almost instantly saying your order is cancelled regards Chris. I then asked so will I receive a refund in 3-5 working days?! No answer. I feel they just keep delaying the delivery dates, never actually deliver if you are too many miles away and are probably using the money to gain interest. I’m not sure if they ever refund back or get away with free money but Amazon customer service has been brilliant and have put in a refund request to me, will take 5-7 business days to get my money back but I should be getting it back through Amazon. The reviews on Amazon were all top reviews, I wish I had checked out Trustpilot first as I would’ve seen so many bad reviews and warnings about this company to not buy from them. No wonder over the years they have changed their name slightly. I couldn’t find their current company name on here which is why I stated it in the review but all the similarities from other people’s reviews of what happened to me too is there. Please be wary of this company.

Great service and great quality . Really nicely surprised .

I ordered a garden table and 2 weeks later had a text message with a delivery date. On the day nothing arrived and no responses to my calls/ messages. When I eventually spoke to someone 3 days later, they claimed no delivery date had been set (in spite of the fact i had a text from them !) and could give me no idea of when my delivery would be. Truly awful customer service! I am now waiting but needless to say I will never buy from this company again and I would warn anyone thinking about it, not to expect much in terms of customer service. I would have cancelled my order but I truly feared I would lose the money I had already paid as deposit and for delivery.

Placed an order via Amazon. They missed the first delivery date stating no one answered the door even though I work from home and stayed in all day. Delivery was rearranged for the following weekend and a few days later I received a refund with no information just that they had cancelled the order.

Bought a gazebo from Andre through eBay. The item never got delivered and the company ignored all correspondence. I have had judgement against them through the courts and await payment.
Stay well away from this company.

Well without saying too much about the company that sold it on behalf of Staffordshire garden furniture 🤔
BUT they kept changing the delivery date and then I had a knock at the door early this morning and yes it was my delivery.

I would like to commend Paul from the garden furniture company who delivered it this morning at 8:20 a.m. and I was the fourth drop-off. He assembled it for me at my request. Lovely solid good quality wood

Ordered a small love seat from them through Amazon, item just didn't turn up and no communication from them and unable to contact them, thankfully Amazon refunded my money.

Saw these guys at a market in Stratford Upon Avon and liked the table, 2 double benches and 2 chairs set. I took the gamble and ordered a set for delivery. They arrived on time and were exactly the same as the display ones. Absolutely fantastic quality and unbelievable value for money. Excellent.

Don't bother paid nearly 2 grand for a gazebo with a skylight only for it to crack and leak straight away phoned them they promised to fix it they didn't phoned them again only to find out I had been blocked going to probably have to pay out for a different roof now this business are a joke
