Package was on time!
The package arrived at least 3/4 days after purchasing. It was nicely packaged under the package envelope and the box was in perfect condition.
I have yet to use what I've purchased but I will be doing so in approx. 4 more days, so watch this space lol.

Delivery discretion
Asked about the dimensions of outer packaging, as letterboxes here are in a communal area used by several (very nice! but very nosy) households and I wanted to be sure the package would not need to be left sitting out on top of the boxes (which are a non-standard size). Sh! helpfully suggested changing the packaging to suit, which meant there was no problem.

The rose thats not a flower
The item a rose was swiftly delivered and was a real surprise. It's amazingly effective and powerful for such a small item. Also it's usb rechargeable which is so useful when we are away in our campervan
