Recently I made an online purchase in Sh! to be shipped to Portugal. I made it after I got information on their website through a modal popup that shipping to Portugal were available. It was a terrible experience afterwards, my country postal service charged a lot extra in order for the purchase to be delivered. That was an amount I wasn't expecting since I payed everything Sh! asked in the website. In the past, when Brexit started, Sh! gave an explicit information saying that they could only ship inside UK and that they were trying to figure it out the rest, and on that time, orders outside UK couldn't be done. At that time I didn't made but now, since I saw that information I expected that they figure it out and it was available shipping to Portugal. My advise is, careful with the purchases if they will be done outside UK, and in my case, to Portugal. I also send all my information and the amount that Portugal postal service were charging and Sh! Team didn't help me at all, and they should since it was their information that made ok to do the purchase.

I ordered a last minute Christmas present for my partner, during royal mail strikes and I knew it was unlikely I'd get the item. However, a member of the team attempted to contact me before postage and left me a voicemail explaining about the postage situation. They didn't have to do that and I really appreciated the effort.
The item did arrive in time, which was my partners favourite toy that broke a while ago. She was so happy with the present! The packaging was nice. Item was good quality.
I will definitely order again as I also love supporting a smaller business, especially when I feel they put extra effort in.
