Superb customer service. Needed a repair doing on a roman blind - all the so-called biggies (Dunelm and other local blinds companies) wouldn't touch it and wanted to sell me a new one. Came round following morning on time and fixed it. Very polite, respectful and efficient. Would recommend Luke without hesitation for new, replacement or repairs.

Just had my shutter blinds done today from shady blinds nuneaton. And what an amazing job you did, outstanding to perfection not just in workmanship but also advise for the best style required.
I will be using shady blinds again and would recommend.

I had a problem with my conservatory blinds. The cord on the track had broken. Luke came the same day, stripped the track down and mended it. excellent service. will be buying new track and blinds from Shady Blinds in the near future

Having previously had upstairs and kitchen blinds fitted with shady blinds I started having issues with my living room blind which was fitted 3 years ago by a different company.
The brackets holding the blinds up were not connecting forcing the blind to hang in the middle and at one side.
Thinking I’d needed a complete new blind I was given an appointment on the same day I made the enquiry , thankfully I was fitted in the following day with new brackets and no expense of a new blind!

Reliable, friendly and super pleased with the correction. I can not thank you enough!

Great service and even better price. I can’t believe the quality we got for the price! We had the whole house done with mostly Venetian blinds but some roller blinds for the kids bedroom and roof blinds for the loft. All great quality and the young chap that fitted them was lovely. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the service. Luke was very lovely, great with our little one, patient (we needed a lot of time and options), understanding and overall professional.
The initial quote he gave us was higher than one we'd had with another company. We told him this, but that we wanted to go with his company because of his company because we felt he was trustworthy and that he would do the job to the best of his ability (we wanted to support the person behind the company). He agreed to match the other company's quote plus more.
The blinds look immaculate. Can't complain.
