Although this company was originally helpful when I purchased a log cabin in 2019, my normal garden shed at a fraction of the cost of my log cabin has held up far better over the 7 years with no issues..however after 7 years the bottom section of the windows of my log cabin which had no seals have rotted and the glass is slipping out, this is despite treating the timber every year. The company are washing their hands of any responsibility to replace the windows which did not have any appropriate seals to begin with. Im not an expert so I didn't question it until recently. The timber in the windows is obviously very poor quality as the rest of the cabin with ticker wood is holding up very well..my advice to anyone thinking of purchasing, is to do your homework ask questions because if they had of told me this expensive log cabin would not last 7 years, I would never had bought from this company. It's all well and good sending me links to how to maintain your log cabin now, this information should have been given at the time of purchase and as for finding this information on your website should not be up to the customer to find...you keep going on about maintaining the window seals...there are none...and yes I did communicate with the company which just kept deflecting. Which I think even further says what kind of people you would be dealing with...They could have phoned me and spoke to me direct but chose to email instead with a load of instructions that are 7 years too late.

From ordering and delivery/installation only took 2 weeks. Shed is amazing quality and, the two guys who installed it were very freindly, efficient and, professional. Extremely pleased.

Was expecting a rushed job as I was the last job of the day but have to say Paul and Mick both 2 gentlemen who showed great professionalism listening to me as to where I wanted shed and didn’t rush the job. Very happy with how they took time to level the shed and the build quality seems to be very good.

Order a new shed from ShedFactory, was contacted by a very friendly girl in the office a short time later with a delivery and installation date. The two guys Conor and Carl arrived on the given date. They were excellent, very friendly and professional. I’m extremely happy with my new shed and would highly recommend ShedFactory.

I'm writing on behalf of a friend.
As an EPDM roofer, I'm very disappointed with Shed Factory's roofing detail. Their method may give you five years max before issues arise.
Why: the roof fascia board is fitted over pinned EPDM at the rear run-off. Not even a cheap B&Q kit would offer such a poor detail. That rear fascia will rot off within five years, leaving the EPDM exposed to wind and tearing.
It's easy to put right, so why don't they install it correctly? They should use a 'Sure Edge Gutter Drip Trim,' or cheaper still, fabricate a single metal trim and tec screw/cap it over the EPDM to the soffit board, so rainwater is thrown off away from the fascia board.

You can only hope the added insulation is ok. Otherwise looks very good for the price.

Once I ordered my pergola I was contacted by phone (which) I missed and then email to arrange delivery
Delivery date was booked for 14 days after order
Delivery driver unfortunately didn’t contact me until he was at property (which turned out to be incorrect address) after two attempts driver located correct address and hurriedly dropped off item which I checked after they left and it was damaged The driver did return and contacted Shed Factory by phone and verbally arranged a replacement part but didn’t take damaged part with him On closer inspection I realised another part was also missing so I contacted shed factory directly to inform them of both problems
I anxiously waited for some sort of communication which wasn’t until 4 days later in the form of a phone call from a (different)delivery guy wanting to deliver parts however I wasn’t at home so he said he’d leave parts at premises (and phew it was correct address)
Overall pergola was easy to assemble with clear precise instructions and I look forward to enjoying I do however feel there is a lapse in communication along the way which needs addressed so orders and deliveries run smoothly

Everything went quickly and smoothly—placing the order, contacting customer service—no issues at all.

Francis and Tom put up my shed on Wednesday 5th August. I was very pleased with the whole experience. They were patient with working out where to position my shed and it was well constructed. Would recommend Sheds ni for sheds.

I bought a pergola in 2021 and now I’m buying another. The first one was perfect and I hope this one will be too It’s about €300 dearer which was a surprise but still okay. They’ll deliver in 6-8 weeks so I hope that timeframe is right.
