Placed an order at the end of June have contacted the company 5 times now to get an update on my order as I thought ordering 3 weeks before my holiday would be enough time. Order should be arriving at the latest tomorrow however not one update on this parcel. I have tried to contact the company through email, instagram DM, live chat, and instagram comments and have had no reply whatsoever.

I am not happy at all with customer service there is no phone number to call to complain. I feel I have been scammed and don’t know who to take this to.

Amazing quality of products, customer service and delivery! I placed an order with express shipping 4 days before my holiday and it arrived with an entire day to spare before departure! Such friendly customer service help, and incredibly accommodating! ♥️

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. Ordered from them on the 29th of April only just arrived a whole month later after saying 5-7 days delivery time frame. Emails ignored, instagram messages ignored - would not order from them again - no returns accepted and now it’s missed my holiday. RIDICULOUS

The quality is great and the bikini is the perfect thickness.fast delivery definitely would recommend

First order was late had to ask multiple times when will it be shipped once received not good quality and you can only get store credit I understand they have on policy’s but( iv ordered from places that hand make and are much smaller companies that offer full refund and can send of faster) so I ordered another one simply because you have to postage to send back was expensive also only good thing I can say is they process the gift card fast. So ordered the next bikini once again very delayed had to ask then offerd to refund which I wanted said would have to refund on gift card which is not a refund they basically trap you into just spending so wouldn’t bother can get better quality bikinis on plt way over half the price seem to be to busy sending pr to influence rather than sending of paying customers orders

Ordered the pink and orange rose bandeau bikini. Messaged on instagram to get it in time before my holiday, and they were very quick to answer. Thank you so much will definitely be buying more for my next holiday 💕

Fraudulent website. After purchase no order confirmation or shipping confirmations received. Nobody will return emails or instagram message. They say ships within 7-15 days, it’s 15 days later and not even an order confirmation or email response from them. Do not buy. Also after the purchase was made I’ve had several credit application attempts from a fraudulent source. Buyer beware!

Ordered a bikini on 25th of April, advised delivery would be 5-7 working days. Its now the 14th working day and I haven’t had any correspondence to even suggest its been dispatched. Have messaged on their live chat multiple times, emailed and messaged on instagram and had no response at all. Have had to dispute the transaction now as feel I’ve been scammed? very unhappy with the service and definitely wont bother ordering again.

Really disappointed. I ordered the ombre bikini and cover up skirt after seeing it on instagram. I ordered on the 11th of April and it wasn’t shipped until the 29th of April - I chased them several times over email and instagram dm and they replied to my instagram messages initially giving me the incorrect shipping date. If something isn’t in stock, take it off the website?!

Now I have received the order I am honestly appalled. I paid £90 in total and the quality is thin, no padding in the bikini it’s just a sheet of material. This brand obviously relies heavily on sending instagram influencers free PR who will post content for them.

You can return the items for store credit. I personally won’t be doing this as there is nothing I’d want to order after this experience.

My advice is avoid, I don’t like to put down small businesses but everything about this was shoddy from customer service, to the garment quality for the extortionate prices they charge. Stick to brands like moda minx if you want good quality bikinis from a small business.

I placed the above order on 06/05/24, I am still waiting on my order being despatched, I paid for express shipping to UK, on website it states 1-2 days.stressed out, for my holiday at end of month.

I have bought from sherbert lemons multiple times and I will continue to do so. The products always come super fast and the quality is always exceptional. I cannot reccomend this brand enough girls!

Booked a last minute Ibiza trips with the girls and really wanted to take the flower bikini and sarong set. Dropped a message on insta and was told it would be able to be made in time. The bikini came even quicker than expected and the quality is unreal!! Got the mint which will look so good with a tan. Thank you so much again I absolutely love it 🩷 xxx

Ordered 10 days ago and am still waiting for the item to be shipped? Have emailed them and tried their socials and have had nothing back. No idea what is going on. If I don’t hear back in 4 days I will report them to PayPal as a scam. Never had to wait this long for an item to ship before!
