Great repair of a nasty scratches
Admin handling of the booking was great and they accepted the job even though it was at the size limit for the policy. The repair was great with a really good finish. Steve, the repairer, was friendly, professional and very good at his job. Happy customer.

You can claim online which is easy
You can claim online which is easy. Prompt response. Once claim is accepted you get to pick a date that suits you and when the engineer is in your area. You get a window for the visit.
Prompt arrival. Pleasant chap, even when he couldn't complete sufficiently he made the best of the job, he explained everything.

Good company to deal with
Booking the appointment via the link I received was simple. The technician rang me when he was about to arrive. He was very pleasant and efficient. He confirmed what work was needed to repair the car door & paintwork then got on with the job. The finished repair is excellent & I can’t tell where the damage had been.
