I've had mostly excellent experiences shopping through this platform. It's wonderful to find so many Irish businesses in one place.

I love this site. I’ve got some great unique gifts for friends here. So nice that they are small businesses and Irish. Each vendor I have dealt with has been so helpful and pleasant. All products arrived and were exactly as advertised. Highly recommend Shop in Ireland :-)

I purchased on three occasions some beautiful personalised frames from Fennor Frames and they were all beautiful and I received an excellent service with no delays and a lovely personal touch with nothing too much trouble I will definitely in the future purchase from this company .

I have used shopinireland.ie since the beginning of lockdown in 2020. I believed it to be an excellent initiative to be able to support local and national small business during very challenging times. There is a wealth of products and services to choose from and for the most part I have been very happy with anything I bought. There were 2 lengthy delays on separate occasions but I feel that covid had a big impact at the time so overall I am happy. I will continue to use the website as I trust it's origins and and believe administration have it well organized.

I got my order quickly and easily, surprising even myself at the care it took to get my package to my door. I ordered books written and signed by Eddie Lenihan, and I was so excited to see that even the hand written address and return address were in perfect condition. Everything was great, keep up the amazing work!

I found the site while searching for a gift for my Husband on google. Super easy to use and has a huge variety to choose from I love that the makers are all from Ireland and you are not sifting through fake sellers like Etsy. I also now know a lot of the crafters that sell their pieces there and they say it's great for their Businesses. Would highly recommend Shop in Ireland.

Very dissatisfied, way too long with delivery ordered an item( greeting card) on 1st June, still waiting. If you want us to buy irish please provide a half decent service

Avoid like the plague. Ordered a Liverpool lampshade and they sent me a horse one. Can't get through to them. Terrible service.

used my credit card on website, looked like card was accepted but did not get my goods, had to dispute it with the card company to get my money back, sent several emails to website and got no reply. Beware of this website if you use it. There response is below, as to be expected no apology just more "blame the customer"...Avoid!
