I would never spend my money at Justice ever again. Ordered my daughter clothes on November 23, 2018, during Black Friday 2018, as of today December 10,2018 there’s still no clothes. I emailed them about my order and it to 72 hrs later for them to respond just to tell me they sent it back to the warehouse because of the address was reported wrong....how!?!? So, they told me steps to recover my items or get a store credit when I finally spoke to someone the lady informed that everything except 2 items wasn’t in stock so find similar items call back within 24hours give them the item numbers they would take the 60% off and credit me for what I paid for or either I would have to wait 4-6 weeks to wait on my refund. So I called back couple hours later talked to two people the first person only got my name and we got disconnected and the second person made it seems as though I was gettin free clothes even though they sent the items back to the warehouse. The suppose to be supervisor Randy No Last Name was so calm but rude with her attitude and sarcasm. She didn’t attempt to prentend to her or find a solution she repeated herself 5times about a refund that suppose to take place 4-6 weeks from now and Christmas in 15 days. I ask to speak to her supervisor in which his name is Peter if that’s his name or her supervisor and she proceeded to be more rude as if I was some dumb customer. If I could reach through the phone I would have snatched her soul. Never will I spend my money at Justice thanks to Randy

If a zero was here I would rate it that way.
Placed order online never showed up given a return with no tax given back.
And no compensation. For waiting a entire week extra for an order that never came with a correct address on file.
Get this the rep blamed UPS just sad never again online that is.

I received poor customer service. Because of clerks' assumption that I did not speak Spanish I should wait on them and not them service me. Just disgusting.

I ordered a item online only for it to not ship and be told 10 days later that the item is out of stock. O contacted customer service and was told I will just have to keep checking online to see when the item is back in stock. Horrible customer service will never shop there again and will tell everyone how crummy they are.

It's horrible to order online. Everytime you go to checkout, it always shows an error and doesnt let you check anything out or buy anything, it's ridiculous!!! I've tried since black Friday to buy $200 dollars worth, and it won't let me, it keeps saying error during the checkout process. I'll take my business elsewhere. I've had enough!
I do not recommend ordering online at all.

If you buy in Canada where they have stores, they apparently ship from the US and 40 order has about 100% in customs via UPS. What a scam, told UPS to take it back.

My boss had a NIGHTMARE of an experience last year in which she never received her order days before Christmas, but I decided to give it a try myself this year. I was just on their website, putting together a shopping bag. When I clicked on my shopping cart to review my order, an item suddenly became unavailable. I was JUST about to check out too. This is tantamount to going to a store, placing something in your cart, and having someone steal that item out of your cart. It's just as well...I would've regretted overpaying $40 for a lounge pillow anyway. And who knows if I would've received my order, considering the experience my boss had.

I cannot tell you how many times they advertise something finally at a decent price and then you click to order and they are completely out! How can you continue getting away with this? I guess it will take another class action suit to stop your false advertising. Baiting me in does not lead me to buy some other merchandise, it makes me not want to even waste my time at your website. I found a cute LSU hoodie that my daughter has been wanting and you advertise it on sale for cyber Monday at 9.99 and you have zero in stock. This occurred with several items you are advertising.

I worked all day ...went to your store in the evening spent 89.01 for my daughter...and your promp advertises spend 75.00 and recieve a free hat and gloves and you ran out... not good..I guess I need to ask before I get in line on your promos! Oh...I'm a Justice Club member....

I am extremelly disaponited. Not only I paid $15 for shipping when I order it online, but I had to pay another $30.00 when it was delivered!! From a $39.90 pijamas, I had to pay CAD $103.00! Never ever will I order from Justice again.

today a friend and I, went to justice in Flemington. But we were stopped by an employee at the entrance, who told me I could not enter because she thought I was a boy. I happened to have short hair, and was wearing a t-shirt and basketball shorts, but this is the style I choose to wear. I am appalled by her sexist nature and even if I were a boy I could have been shopping for someone else. I choose to no longer spend my money there, and they will never make a profit from me again!

Cute clothes however the quality has gone way done. The black activewear leggings faded after the first wash on my daughters and her friends leggings. Price adjustment policy is a joke. Horrible phone and online customer service.

My mom bought step in blankets four of them for my four girls they started shedding everywhere and ripped and I went to go return them to the store and called justice online no one wanted to do anything to helping me resolve the situation everyone tells you a different thing they don’t stand by there product I will never buy another thing from justice until I be reimbursed for their defective all four are defective I offered to send them back to be reimbursed I was willing to take a gift card as reimbursement. Nothing they where not willing to help me out at all terrible costumer service. Please anyone reading do not buy from justice for their terrible costumer service not willing to help me out or will not help any mother they took your money and that’s it they don’t care about their product quality nothing stand by your product please manager or supervisor or anyone bigger in the justice company email me and resolve this situation stand by your product I will take down my post when willing to help if not please beware mothers of the products you buy your kids.

The staff did not know how to process credit card payment, they made me to try all my card and even we called bank and bank informed me they never received transaction. But justice simple saying everything is fine from there end. Not sure how the transaction declined without reaching branch and they were not at all helpful. I will never shop there again.

P.S. after came out from justice I was able to use my card all other shops without any issue.

To whom it may concern,

I just purchased over 80 dollars worth of merchandise from your store in Greenville, RI. I attempted to use my coupon that I received in my email LATE yesterday afternoon (4:09pm) that stated if your total was over $75 dollars you could receive $25 dollars off! Apparently that was only good to use until 5:38AM today IN-STORE! A lot of girls enjoy and WANT to shop at your stores, however your prices are outrageous and the customer service is severely lacking!! They refused to even attempt an over ride and we less than helpful. I will be sure to spread the word to fellow mothers whose daughters like or shall I say “liked” to shop at Justice. I’d rather spend my hard earned money on a company that deserves it and is loyal to making their customers feel like they are number one!!

A mother who will no longer shop at JUSTICE!

A friend was staying with me for a few days and took his granddaughter to a store. They insisted on a local address so he gave them mine. Now they keep spamming me with catalogs. You call "customer service" (sarcasm intended) and you get put on hold for several hours. They never pick up the phone. This morning I called again and their machine said the expected wait time was 78 minutes. I guess they can't pay enough to their East Indian customer service people to get them to actually answer the phone.
DO NOT give these people your info or they will keep spamming you. I called the store and they said they can't do anything but add you to the list. You have to call customer service to take them off.
We need to bring this store down!

I would give this Company a ZERO rating if I could....I placed an order for Backpack AND free Lunch Tote. I received the Backpack but no Lunch Tote. Per Online chat there was NEVER a 2nd Item in cart at order even though I provided the Link to my ORDER ( This is why I saved Link)...Seems weird that they were giving something for free but somehow their system is now showing ONLY a backpack was placed.

I ordered an online backpack with the free lunch bag promotion, I got the backpack without the lunch bag, I called customer care I asked for the supervisor, Lore come to phone very rude, She make me think that Justice does not care about their customers, She told me that the promotion were for backpack that cost goes to 19.99 and 39.99, the backpack that orders cost 44.39?! ????!?!? I told her that It does not make sense to me and that the one I ordered was even more expensive, but she was too rude and told me that she could not do anything and that if there was something else that I wanted or otherwise She had to close the call ?? ? I definitely do not buy there again, I think there are many more stores with better quality and product to offer at better cost and better customer service, which is what makes me personally buy back from a store.

The Managers at the Loveland Colorado store feel that it is ok to SPREAD information about a former employee to others on the street! They are not even suppose to do that when someone calls to ask for a reference! They also discriminate towards handicapped individuals!

Recently (yesterday) I ordered a watch from justice with my own money and the next day (today) the orders has been not processed when it was perfectly fine yesterday and earlier today I called customer service for help and they said they cant do anything without my tracking number and I clearly dont have my tracking number since its not been processed and I still don't know if my money is being refunded into my account unhelpful I will never ever be shopping online or at justice ever
