Bought via Shop, goods received but quality of the item was shocking. Contacted them on 5 times to initiate a return, no reply!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

What you see in the picture isn't what you receive. The quality is very poor and totally different material than advertised. Absolutely disgusted with items received and they only offer part refund if your not happy.

Bought a sweatshirt for my daughter for Xmas. Been in dispute with them since then. Description said Khaki and in fact it's Pink and very poor quality. Asked for a refund and they just keep stalling me. Do not give them your custom.

Total scam. Took my money and never sent the product. Contacted company and claim I received it. Well I didn't. Do not order from this company!

SCAM. One star only because it’s not possible to give ZERO. Absolute trash, over-priced, nothing like descriptions, cheqpest, nastiest nylon crap, terrible customer service. I’ve asked SEVEN times for return address and nothing but fobbed off. STEER CLEAR.

I ordered the cardigan, definitely wasn't a sweater and didn't look anything like on the website. The "sweatshirts" were not good quality, not worth the price paid and the writing on them was blurry. the only thing that is good is that my credit card company stopped payment when I called and told them it was a scam site.

Well that serves me right not looking at the reviews first, received items today way too small than they should be and cheap material not worth the money I paid and not fit for purpose, will give to charity as from reviews on here not worth trying to send back. Disgusted do not buy from SHOPMORRE!

The material of the sweatshirt I ordered for my son was super low quality and cheap looking/feeling. The sizing was also ridiculous. The length of the arms was comically short- the size L fit me- (a 5’2” woman) and left several inches of my son’s wrists and forearms bare. It was unwearable, and yet would cost more to ship back to China, which is where they wanted me to ship the return, than the refund would be… Lesson learned. Pay attention to where your items are shipping from when shopping online.

This company is a scam site. I fell for it as they offered PayPal, which was the only good decision I made. No shipment initiated after 7 days. Very poor, broken English response with no firm shipping date or delivery date. PayPal covered me and refunded my money as the site did not offer a refund or cancellation option. Beware!

Faulty item, missing stitching. Sizing is really small. A 2xl is like a M. Wont issue a refund,giving me the run around. Have reported to accc.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE ITEM I ORDERED TOOK FOREVER TO BE POSTED AND THEN IT WAS DELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS AS I NEVER RECEIVED THEM.
WHEN I TOLD THEM THIS , ALL THEY KEEP SHOWING ME WAS A PAGE THAT SAID DELIVERED. THE DAY THEY SO CALLED DELIVERED IT, I WAS HOME AND NOTHING ARRIVED!!!

Ordered sweaters a month ago, have yest received any notifications or status when they will be delivered. Impossible to get in contact with someone with this company, warning: I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. PAYMENT GOES THRU RIGHT AWAY, BUT STILL NO MERCHANDISE. WANTED SWEATERS FOR CHRISTMAS, DOES NOT LOOK LIKE GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!! CANT GET A RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Same experience as previous reviewer. I bought a hoodie. It arrived and was made of bathing stretchy suit material. i emailed to return the product and was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. I don't want the product so I declined. They told me to follow up in 5-7 days because "the application review process is a little long and cumbersome, please be patient." DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Poor quality hoodie delivered. Emailed company requesting a full refund, they offered 20% discount off my next order instead. Why would I want a discount when the item I have ordered is awful quality! They are now stating they will not be in touch until 5-7 days which will be the 14 day period they need the item back by in order to offer a refund! Do not use this company.
