The dress came in quicker than expected and I was extremely satisfied with the quality and size of the dress

Spoke to rep before placing order and was assured that we could make any alterations on dress. Nonetheless, ordered correct size of 00 and dress received was made for a 7ft person not average person. So I took to seamstress for alterations she said it was not possible without ruining dress. I sent message to store customer service and was told nothing they could do and no refunds. I'm struck with almost $400 dress still in bag with tags and my daughter cannot wear! I tried customer service several times and was ignored. So sad for my daughter her senior year and can't wear her dress.

I love my dress!! It was currently on back order, but the employees were so helpful! They offered to have it shipped as quickly as possible and it even came a week before the estimated date!! I am so happy with this dress and with this store 10/10 would recommend!

OMG... This gown is absolutely gorgeous. It fit me perfect when I tried it on. I will be wearing it for my sons wedding 7/3/2018. I couldn't be more thankful for Ruby's Fashions. They were able to get me the gown in such a short time.

Called the retail store and placed my order they went above and beyond to find me a dress because the original dress I wanted was not available until later date. Very happy with the dress no issues at all. Highly recommend them

Nothing but good reviews for Shoprubys. The customer service was excellent my daughters dress was perfect. This is the third dress purchased from them. My daughter was so happy with her dress and also got a nice jewelry set free with her purchase. Thank you Shoprubys for making my senior extremely happy.

You advertised a dress that you didn’t have, but you let my credit card be charged for it anyways. You also charged me for a necklace that was supposed to be free. You kept a hold on my credit card for 10 days! When I called you, I couldn’t understand you, yet you told ME to speak English because I was upset that you had my credit card locked up for TEN days. I’ll be calling he better business buereau this week because you smell of FRAUD! Do YOU understand English.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I received the dress within a week. I will order from Ruby's Fashions again.

Only rated 4 stars due to they did not have the dress we wanting in the size we needed. It showed they had it until we ordered it then they did not have it. I was happy with the customer service and helping me find a dress. Between emails and phone conversations they were great all the way around and tye dress is excellent quality...

After being burned by another online dress shop, I was not sure I wanted to try again but my daughter found a dress she loved. So I found it on line at Ruby's and called to make sure they really had it. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and double checked her inventory to make sure. She called me back, said she had it and I place my order. It worked out wonderfully! I would definitely recommend Ruby's!

Customer Service was not responsive, was given vague replies when they did write back

I was very hesitant to order a prom dress online, but there was no local store that carried the right size. I called Ruby’s to verify the dress was in stock, and received a prompt return call confirming it was. I immediately ordered the dress and had it in hand in two weeks, which was just as promised. The employees I dealt with were very professional and Ruby’s met every expectation!!!

Had problems receiving emails, so I had to call but dress arrived, as expected!!

They were wonderful to work with and sent my gown in a very timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them.

I Was looking for bridesmaid dresses and found beautiful gowns at Ruby's. The staff was very helpful and ordered all the sizes in the exact color I had been looking for. I also purchased costume jewelry for all my bridesmaids from here. Thanks for all your help Ruby's!
