Awful company
Awful company, had to get my bank to claim a refund for items I paid months ago and they never sent and ignored all messages
Do not buy anything from this company
Zero communication from this company. I was sent a part which does not fit my vehicle as stated. Returned it tracked and signed delivery, coming up to 2 months since then and still no refund, no response to emails, even tried Instagram which they are still active on and just get ignored.
Do not use this company.

im from belguim if i order some where else a brand new set of wheels i got it in 2 or 3 weeks

I'm a Belgian Focus Rs owner and ordered 6 items for my car.
After 3 weeks 3 items are send and delivered to an other adres in my village, luckily the guy phoned me and i pick the goods up there.
I check the goods i received and notice that there are no oil lines delivered with the oil cooler kit i order.
I send a email to inform about the problem, and suggest he send the oil lines to me together with the remaining parts. No response to this.
2 weeks later i receive 1 other item, no oil lines and a refund (about 20£ short) for the 2 parts he didn't deliver.
A bunch of friendly emails about the oil lines further without any response i've ended here to warn you about the childish way Simon Cole runs Sico Developments.
If there is a problem you solve it even if if costs you a few £'s, He prefers to turn he's back to the costumer.

2 months and still no refund
2 months and still no refund, Cole the company owner has just taken my money.
Charged £13 for shipping that took 3 weeks, wrong item arrived. They then accused me of making it up, so took pictures of the incorrect item and they finally accepted the return, that I had to pay to send back.
2 months and still no refund, send legal letter informing them of breach of contract, still no reply. Debt collection agency contacted to recover my money, what a shame people have to run a business ike this. Pure criminal.
ITG INDUCTION KIT
I just recieved my ITG Airfilter. It was the cheapest on this site, and i also recieved my items very fast. The only minus was, that it was missing some screws/washers.

Ordered an induction kit on 31/01/2017. Messaged on 03/02/2017 asking when my order would arrive as I had not had any dispatch updates. I had a reply on the 5/2 asking for order number and on 6/2 they said that JS were making the hoses and that they had dispatched the items on the previous Friday. I message 9/2 to ask about the hoses as I hadn't received them, got a reply saying he would send the tracking info. I, myself, had to do a follow up the next day 10/2 as per he never replied with this supposed tracking number for the hoses... My messages were read and ignored and I only and finally received a reply after I sent a frustrated email. I received a reply to say they would follow this up with JS on Monday and let me know. Didn't hear anything and didn't bother chasing as I was being repeatedly ignored anyway! Got a automated dispatch email 16/02 and the hose was finally on its way. Little did they know I messaged JS hoses on 10/02 after speaking with them on the phone to confirm Sico didn't actually put ANY order through with them at all! This whole time!!! They even showed me a screenshot of the email which showed that an order was put in later on in the day (conveniently after my email mentioning I would open a PayPal dispute if I didn't hear anything!) so he didn't get the hoses ordered up at all. Ultimately I was lied to about an expensive order and I would never shop from them ever again. Unreliable. Lying. Dishonest. I was a first time customer and considering the amount of time that was given, I'm really surprised I wasn't kept up to date and I was the one constantly chasing instead of it being the other way around, especially as this was purchased as a gift. It wasn't till after my experience that I discovered lots of reviews online and through Facebook the multiple issues with this company. Funnily enough, all having similar issues that wernt resolved until a PAYPAL DISPUTE is mentioned... Removed his review feature on Facebook and Google and I'm not surprised, seems to have a very negative customer experience with me just being one out of many. Do your research before buying, like I wish I did.
