Well I have been using Silverline UK clean for many years I was a Water Regs Engineer. We have a 10000 tank buried under our lawn which supplies most of requirements because the water remains at 3c in the tank
But the water is filtered through hedgehog filtering to help cleaning the water for use in the house, then as it enters the house it is further filtered through filters 20 micron, 5micron, then 1 micron, then passing through a long UV section,which makes the water
useful for indoor use
But the water for drinking is put through a further 1/100 of mic to make sure it drinkable.
Silverline supply me with new filters every 6 months

I needed a specific tool to help in replacing a water filter. As well as being very friendly and patient, Ben was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in locating the exact tool I needed and getting it sent off straight away. It’s refreshing to know there are still people around like him.

I have had a great experience with Silverline UK. Blanco referred me for the filter cartridge that they no longer distribute. I was a bit confused as to which filter I required and contacted Silverline. Ben responded promptly with all the different options and recommendations. When my parcel was a little delayed and I asked for a tracking number I received a response to my email the same morning even offering to look into this for me should I not be able to locate the parcel. In fact, the parcel was delivered the same day. Thank you Ben!

I could save a quid here or there with other companies but the speed of service and straightforward honest advice from Ben at Silverline was old school and actually saved me money .
They are a proper company giving a proper service with quality products.
If every company in the uk worked like these guys , we’d have no problems.

This organisation supplies water filters. I've used them for dozens of years and have always been surprised by their costs which seem very high. They had a niche where they claimed to define the amount of heavy metals removed from domestic water filters - I don't see this anymore.
They also supplied the tap and recently I asked them for a replacement tap valve; they asked for £19.75 plus postage of £4.75 - yes this is for a tap valve which ordinarily costs £4 - £5 and I'd have thought about a £1 to post. I asked them for details of the manufacturer so I could source it myself - they declined claiming GDPR forbade them. Rip off - find your water filters elsewhere.
