I'm not at all surprised that this will sound like a repeat.

Wasim Amir (Barming manager working out of Maidstone office) was exceptional from start to finish. Charming, inspiring trust and confidence, fair, totally on top of his art, personally involved, outstanding communication, receptive, responsive.

Relatively quick and very straightforward process, painless, in excess of asking price.

What's not to like? I'd love to proof read and spell check the branch paperwork which doesn't fairly reflect the level of service it underpins. Yes, I did raise it at an early stage with the sales staff but didn't get the response I would have liked and let it rest.

I'm confident that Wasim will now 'get it done' (over to you!).

Having resided in Australia for 12 years, I recently decided to sell my home/investment in Maidstone, with a certain level of trepidation of not being nearby to oversee the sale. I contacted several local agencies and was particularly impressed with the pro-active approach, confidence and positive pricing which Wasim and the Simon Miller team offered... and I wasn't left disappointed.

Wasim and the team managed the whole marketing and sale process and maintained a regular feedback loop with me, sympathetic to vast time differences, to update me on progress throughout. Ultimately they managed to achieve the asking price, which was significantly above any other price-estimate received.

His knowledge of supply and demand factors, and local market conditions were outstanding and the level of customer service offered (even collecting and emailing my final post and meter readings) was well over and above my expectations.

We asked Wasim Amir to value our late mothers house and were very impressed with his professionalism and decided to market the property through Simon Miller. Wasim was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the marketing process and made himself available for any questions that I asked him either via email or phone.

Our handler Jeremy was great. He was almost always available, always knew what was going on and on the odd occasion crisis managed effectively.

I have just exchanged after a long and painful journey towards it, but a very big plus was the care and attention Simon Miller's provided with their regular contact and chasing of other party's that were no so pro-active!. in particular Dan who tirelessly worked to get the sale over the line and nothing was ever too much trouble !, definitely the best EA's i have ever dealt with .... thank you very much!

A fantastic service. From Andrew's initial visit to our delayed completion the whole team were professional and attentive to our needs. They were respectful when arranging, and performing, viewings of our 'home' for prospective buyers.
After receiving, and accepting, an offer it was hard work for our Sales progressor, but she persevered right to the end during a very stressful last week.

- Background: Selling my late mothers house in Snodland and I did not live locally.

- Met with 4 different estate Agents. Andrew McGinty was smart professional and well prepared. He had details of all sales in the area, including direct Comparisons, had specific statistics and data for Simon Miller & Co and answered all my questions. I was also particularly impressed with their online portal, which despite my distance from the house meant I could monitor every aspect of the sale from marketing, and online searches through to viewings, offers and ultimately sale progress.
- Simon Miller arranged Photos and EPC, promptly and professionally carried out to a high standard.
- Simon Miller & Co arranged viewings at weekends, because of my distance from the house and carried out the viewings. We averaged 7 viewings over the first 2 weeks and received Offers by week 3. The Sales staff were all excellent and in addition to Andrew, I would complement, Mollie Dodd, Dan Osborne, and Hayley Champion.
- After the sale had been agreed I was dealt with by Joanne Pitcher, who kept the progress of the sale moving with solicitors and updated the portal, so I could monitor Progress.

In summary, many estate Agents receive bad publicity, but I can honestly say my dealings with all members of the staff of Simon Miller & Co were excellent and not only did they earn their money, but I would be happy to recommend them.

Simon Miller Larkfield sold our three bed house. We had three estate agents value our house. When Andrew came to value our house we instantly like his positivity and met our expectations. We had viewings before the house went on the market and once it was on the market we had lots within a few days. Our house was sold the same week with them showing people around our house.
