We recently purchased a property via the Headcorn branch of Simon Miller. Jeremy kept us informed throughout the process and ensured that all parties in the chain were pushing forward in the right direction throughout the duration of our purchase.

We invited Wasim Branch Manager from Simon Miller Maidstone Branch to help us sell our Parents home. (Sadly they had passed). Wasim and his Team handled the viewings and showed compassion throughout. Once under offer, the Team kept us fully informed and dealt with any 'bumps' in the road. Subsequently the property completed and from start to finish we were very happy with the service provided by Wasim and his Team, thank you.

From the day we had contact with Simon Miller to the final day of completion Richard was fantastic dealing with the hand over of our property we couldn’t be happier.

Throughout the long process of the purchase I had daily updates from Richard on how we was getting on and what the next steps were. This professionalism goes along way and I can honestly say we created a hilarious bond over the few months.

Excellent customer service.
We were purchasing a property through Simon Miller, Maidstone. Throughout the process we experienced a prompt and thoughtful service, which exceeded our expectations. Jeremy and Richard were always on hand and requests were always met with a can do approach. Jeremy checked in on us regularly and Richard often had to go over and above to get all parties in the chain communicating. Although we were not selling our property through Simon Miller, if we chose to move again, it is very likely we would.

From first contact with Gemma, Simon's visit, viewings and negotiations through to sales progression with Richard, the team kept us informed all the way. Inevitable frustrations with selling a house were quickly resolved. The sales progression was great. Richard worked so hard to push through our sale and was always reassuring and friendly. Kelly Smith, Sales Manager was professional and straight talking - exactly what we wanted and so unlike all the other agents that visited us. Kelly was realistic about pricing and strategy and communicated with us in a way that was refreshingly honest. Selling a house through Brexit and a pandemic was challenging but we always felt that we were kept in mind and that the team genuinely were on our side throughout the process. Even with a few bumps in the road we always felt confident that a solution would be found and reassured that there was a plan in place! We can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and service and recommend them without hesitation.

Wasim was my first contact with Simon Miller. Immediately thought what a well presented, personable and professional guy he was on meeting him in my mums property which was entering probate at the time. In the first meeting he demonstrated his experience and knowledge being very helpful with information about the probate process obviously linked to the sale which I found really helpful as doing myself. During the process there was a moment where I felt a little pushed but with Wasim acting for us realised this was all in our favour. He then found a buyer in 2 or 3 days at asking price even before photos for my mum’s house and in about 4 weeks above asking price for my own house. (They had been valued the same by another estate agent).
Knowing him better now he is a nice chap too, has dogs like us and knowing his knowledge and experience with all matters connected with house sales and his motivation to get the job done, I would not hesitate to contact him first if selling in the future.

Mollie was absolutely fantastic, from the initial viewing right through to exchanging contracts, keeping me thoroughly updated throughout the whole process. We asked Simon Miller and company to sell our house - we bought it a few years ago via them and found their service to be excellent.
We had a number of viewings as soon as the house was put on the market and the staff at Simon Miller carried out all of them. They were careful to check that all the viewings were convenient and made sure that they were carried out using COVID safe guidelines.
The sale was not an easy one as our buyers had problems with their buyers but the Simon Miller team stayed focused and made sure that the issues that arose were overcome and that the sale took place. They kept us fully informed and reassured us when any problems came up.
All the staff we dealt with were good but I would have to mention in particular the manager, Wasim and his colleague Jeremy for their expert and patient help and support. We would recommend Simon Miller to anyone in the area and would use them again without question.
