Had a really great experience today at Simply Divine in Tuam with my daughter. Julia was so helpful, friendly & knowledgeable ! Even though she was really busy with other customers, she remained very professional and well able to make sure everyone was being looked after. Beautiful range of dresses for TY balls & debs. My daughter is small and was delighted to see size 2 available. Never seen this before. We didn't buy today but will be back. ☺️ And I honestly wouldn't mind paying for an appointment / redeem le against a sale..think about it! It's a brilliant service in the county to be able to try on lots of different styles.

I had an incredible experience at Simply Divine when buying my graduation dress. Mikayla was the main stockist helping me and she was amazing. All of the other members of staff were so lovely as well. The dresses were beautiful and I had a great time. I highly recommend going here to buy a dress for either the debs or for graduation.

My experience at simply divine was amazing! They have an excellent range of dresses, with wonderful staff members more than willing to help you and find you “the one”! They are honest, professional and kind all at the same time. Would 100% recommend.

My daughter debs dress. Service from start to end the listen to what we wanted. They allowed us to enjoy the experience. Also the atmosphere. If needed will be back. We had a lovely young girl pull dress support getting in and out. Helped with what suits.
Wore today 18th Aug the everyone agrees the dress is stunning and suits my daughter.

Bought my daughter's deb dress for 500 euros in June. The strap had to be fixed before pick up. Upon pick up the strap once again needed to be "fixed". We were told all was good and left.. debs day came and my daughter put on her dress. She was no more than 10 minutes in the dress when BOTH straps broke off!! I had no time to fix it so we had to tie both straps around her neck resulting in a lump left on her neck. When I contacted them and gave them photo evidence they asked for the receipt. I cannot yet find the receipt but told them I have my bank statements of the payments made to them. They then told me the would need a receipt to further investigate it. So unprofessional as I had given them my appointment times dates and transactions. The panic that poorly made dress brought right as my daughter was heading out the door on her special day was unacceptable. The lack of customer service is quite frankly shocking. Be aware if you are looking for a debs dress. Hard earned money wasted a dress that basically fell apart!

Visited today to view debs dresses with my daughter and it was a terrible experience. We were rushed to choose 3 dresses to try on and felt pressured to pull any 3 styles. When my daughter was trying to take a photo in the mirror of the dress she had on, the designer person, who was the pushy one, was telling the sales assistant to hurry us up as we only have a limited time. We had booked the required 1 hour appointment and this was 15 mins in. Dresses start at €400 so I would expect the allocated 1 hour to look around and take our time and not feel rushed. The whole experience felt cheap, inpersonable and not the special treatment you would expect when spending between €400 - €800 on their dresses.

Emma was great help when finding my debs dress and was a joy to talk to, such a kind and helpful staff member. They made me who is a very anxious person and went in very anxious, feel at ease, comfortable and confident. I wasn't fully expecting to find my debs dress but I left with two!

Visitied the shop today with no appointment we were very lucky as we were welcomed by Emma who kindly showed myself my mum and my niece debs dresses.From begining to end she gave us great guidance.My niece wanted blue and let her try on as many dresses as she wanted with no pressure at all.Emma helped her put on all dresses and was very friendly and kind to us all.Great customer service .Well done Emma .We left with a lovely blue dress and my niece was so happy.Well done to you all especially Emma.x

Amazing customer service and beautiful dresses - I visited the shop not really knowing what I was looking for but the girls there had so much time for me. They pulled me dressed to try and helped me pick the one for me. I would honestly so recommend anyone looking for debs dresses to come here.

I love this shop! We recently visited for a debs dress & I was really pleasantly surprised. The range of dresses is excellent. We found the perfect one, but there were so many that would have worked. Julia & her colleague were fantastic! For young ladies, their professionalism & knowledge was very impressive, but more than that, their customer service was wonderful. They really cared about their business. Not only would I recommend the shop, which is a valuable asset in the county, but I would hire the staff in a heartbeat!

Myself and my daughter visited the Dublin shop last Thursday after having a dreadful experience in another debs dress shop a few months ago. My daughters confidence was so low as the last place, made her feel because of her size 14/16 body she'd never get a dress to fit her. Well I only have high praise for the girls in Simply Divine dublin. We were initially dealt with by a blonde lady, I didn't get her name but she was amazing and as a mum I'll never be able to repay her for her attitude and how she made my daughter feel about herself. No looking down her nose, no airs and graces, just a woman who is a mum and has empathy and an understanding of the impact they can have with their comments and facial expressions on young women with body issues. She listened to what my daughters ideas were as to what would suit her body shape which was all about her covering up her body and how she couldn't wear open backs, thin straps, etc etc and slowly but surely she brilliantly got her to try exactly what my daughter ,and myself to be honest, were convinced she'd never be able to wear. Then the other ladies came on board and were absolutely a fantastic team determined to see my beautiful daughter leave their shop feeling amazing and totally delighted with her dress. They weren't there to just get your money and get you out the door, they were truly invested in my daughters experience. To see my daughter stood looking in the mirror with a sparkle in her eye and a beaming smile was amazing. To think she'd actually said she thought she wasn't going to go to her debs broke my heart. There's not enough positive words to describe this shop. Anybody with daughters who think they'll never have that princess moment due to low self esteem or body issues, just pay these girls a visit, even if you don't find your dream dress which I hugely doubt, your daughter will be a different girl for the better leaving there.

5/5 purchased a debs dress today in simply Devine tuam, Ava assisted us and we found her to be very helpful, friendly and she gave great advice. The selection of dresses was excellent there was something for everyone, we found the quality was excellent and we were able to find a beautiful unique dress designed by Aine in simply Devine. We were able to try on as many dresses as we liked and weren't under any time pressure, the girl working Ava even stayed overtime to ensure we were happy with our choice of dress. We are just delighted with our experience and the dress is exceptional. The showroom itself is beautiful and overall it's a lovely experience. Thanks everyone in simply Devine for making this such a memorable day and for your own unique special dress design!!

Could not speak more highly of this shop. Sonya and the team were so accommodating from the get go and made the experience amazing for my sister. Their knowledge about their dress and what would suit someone along with the massive variety really made it a special moment for her.

We visited the store together to find a dress for an upcoming cocktail event, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The collection was absolutely fabulous, with so many beautiful options to choose from.

A special thank you to Sonia and Emily, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout. They really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped my fiancée find the perfect dress.

We left feeling very happy with both the service and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

My experience at this store was absolutely devastating, and I would not recommend it to anyone — especially to mothers who want to give their daughters a special and joyful moment.
We had an appointment scheduled, recommended by a friend, to buy my daughter’s prom dress — something that should have been a happy and unforgettable experience. At first, we were attended by a polite and kind lady who asked for dress references and guided us. Up to that point, everything seemed fine.
The problem started when my daughter tried on a dress. It was too small — something completely normal in any store — and all that was needed was to bring a different size or model. We were waiting in the fitting room when another employee suddenly came in, opened the curtain without any care or respect, and asked if everything was okay.
My daughter, still wearing the tight dress, said she didn’t like it and would like to try other options. That’s when, shockingly, the employee said out loud, in a harsh and humiliating tone:
“There are no larger sizes. You should have come in January.”
Those words were not only unnecessary — they were cruel. There are countless ways to communicate something like that with kindness and professionalism, but she chose the most humiliating way possible, directing it at a teenage girl in a vulnerable moment.
My daughter immediately broke down in tears and said she wanted to leave. In that instant, her self-esteem was shattered. What should have been a beautiful memory turned into a painful experience she will never forget.
Ironically, the store claims on Instagram that they carry sizes up to 24, but clearly that does not reflect the reality in-store — neither in availability nor in how customers are treated.
After we left the fitting room, we were called back and later the owner tried to speak with us, asking my daughter to return so they could help her choose a dress. But by then, the damage was already done. No dress is worth that kind of humiliation.
We later found out that the employee who humiliated my daughter is the owner’s daughter, which makes the situation even more unacceptable. Offering a discount to my friend afterward only made it clear that their priority is sales — not people.
We left with my daughter in tears, deeply hurt, without a dress, and without any desire to even attend her prom anymore. This is simply unacceptable.
Anyone working with the public — especially with teenagers during such an important moment — should have empathy, respect, and basic human decency. Sadly, this place has none of that.
Protect your daughters. Stay away from this place.They don't deserve any star.

We recently bought a Debs dress from this shop, and while the selection was incredible, my daughter changed her mind when we got home. I was a bit worried about how it would be handled, but I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.
The staff were so understanding, professional, and genuinely kind. They welcomed us back without any fuss and went above and beyond to help my daughter find a dress she truly loved. They were patient, accommodating, and made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
It meant so much to see how happy and confident she felt once she found “the one,” and that’s all thanks to the amazing team in this shop.

I had an amazing experience at simply divine. The woman there are amazing they know exactly what’s right for you. I had a few dresses and colours in mind but I walked out of there with a completely different dress, they found the one for me and were so helpful and honest. I’m so happy with my dress all thanks to them.

I cannot thank Julia and Robin enough for helping my daughter find her dream dress . She went with a colour and vision in mind but girls actually found her the prefect dress which wasn’t what she thought she like . There were so patient with her and by her trying on different styles she went home overjoyed. Very reasonable priced . These two deserve a raise as they are an asset to you’re shop .
