Sit 'n Sleep Reviews

Friendly And knowledgeable, understood our budget and helped us find a very comfy mattress. Delivery was easy quick and courteous!

Wow, started impressive service at the San Clemente location by Charles SN. Knowledgeable, no pressure, lots of patience and although not intending to buy a mattress that day - I couldn’t pass up the deals!
Got our mattress within 3 days! Ghe delivery service people were gentlemen that took care of every detail. Polite, clean, helpful and on time. It fits perfectly and exactly what we hoped for.

Excellent customer service. Quick delivery and a smooth installation.

Great delivery and installation.

They came in the time set for me. Acknowledged who they were. Made sure they were delivering the correct item to me. Confirmed multiple times. And did everything in such great timing. I appreciate the delivery team that came. They did such a great job.

We had Mark Abbas for our sleep consultant and he made the experience very enjoyable.

The delivery staff was very friendly and professional.

Do not remember the date of sale. Was approximately 3 months ago

Timely Delivery and the delivery team was very helpful and they showed up on time.

Excellent service

The delivery gentlemen, Carlos and Jose, were thorough, efficient, and very professional. Pilar, was also great with the entire experience from the beginning, helping me with the order, to following up after delivery.

The delivery guys were friendly and quick. Thanks

Hugo, Caesar and Carlos went out of their way to give us white glove service!

The delivery was seamless. Juan and Allan were friendly, and took great care getting the mattress upstairs. They are an asset to Sit and Sleep.

I had a great experience because I was worried about how they were going to park on a Main Street and I'm not able to text them directly to let them know where to park on the side street. They had someone ahead that scouted out where it was safe to park and where to bring the mattress through the apartments. I appreciated that because it just let me be in the air conditioning in 97° weather not having to direct anyone (though I would!) but It was nice just to not have to do that. I also got alerted in enough time to make sure that I was ready for them to arrive. They were nice and made sure I had everything I needed before they left. I can't imagine trying to deliver and do everything they're do in this heat, so kudos to them for keeping up a great attitude and great service!

Professional delivery on time!

Floyd was a good salesman
This is satisfying and prompted our return to the store we are happy so far

The delivery team was awesome! They were efficient and very kind and even offered to help move and assemble my bed frame! They went above and beyond to make the delivery awesome!

Good experience purchasing my first adjustable bed. My previous bed was from this same store (more than 10 years ago). Shaun is a very knowledgeable sales person. He listened to my concerns and did not try to rush me into buying. I appreciate the time he spent answering my questions. I did buy everything I needed and wanted within my budget. I recommend Sit n Sleep to all my friends. Excellent delivery and set up. The guys were careful and respectful.

The lady who helped us at sit n sleep was patient and had the experience to help guide us along with what we wanted and needed. She stayed with us as we took our time trying the two mattresses we were deciding on as well as the pillows. We asked several questions and she answered all of them. The delivery was less than a day wait and the delivery people were here early and set up the mattress in minutes.

Crew showed up right on time. Very thorough and efficient delivery process.

Team wasn't able to find house, called and made sure they were delivering to the correct place. Really appreciate that. And the transfer of the mattress was quick and easy.
