Sit 'n Sleep Reviews

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect mattress for me. Delivery was friendly and efficient.

Great experience with Sit and Sleep!! Carlos, Cesar and Hugo from Truck 41 were exceptional and met all of our expectations! The team was very efficient, communicative and attentive to our needs.
Thank you!!

My satisfaction with my new bed began with the awesome service I received in the store. Kent in West Covina is wonderful. Anna helped reschedule me when I couldn't be home and she was super sweet! The drivers were awesome. Daniel and his helper had my old one off and the new one on in less than 5 minutes. Super quick, on time, friendly and professional. I am truly happy with my purchase!!

Great appreciation for the help we got with Vince in the store to select the mattress and frame. We had several meetings with him to work out the details and he provided us with the best available pricing. More importantly, he was very helpful in selecting a mattress that fit my purpose and sleeping manner. Very friendly and very professional. Provided lots of details without adding pressure to make the purchase too quickly. Then the three brothers who delivered the frame and mattress were so polite and quite professional in moving throughout my home. They also voluntarily helped get my existing wood platform out of my home and delivered to my neighbor. Quite a bit of work to get all the pieces up and down my narrow stairway. It was a no-brainer to give them a decent tip. Thanks for all your help Vince and three Hermanos.

Dave the salesmen was very patient and the delivery guys were quick and polite

Thank you for everything

The wealth of knowledge mixed with great professionalism and products

Tommy at the Palmdale, Ca. Sit n' Sleep store. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and understanding about what we wanted in a bed. We decided on a King Koil Intimate Cal King split adjustable bed with massage. Delivery was next day which helped us take the plunge. Not having to wait a week for delivery was very important to us. We can't wait to go to bed tonight! Thank you Tommy!

Casey at store in Chino Hills was great . Manuel delivery staff was great . Overall great customer service . Very happy with Sit and Sleep . Also like that company “gives back “ to community and contributes to well deserved foundations.

The whole process was good with the costa mesa team! Chris miller made the process nice and easy. He also let us take our time and didn't rush us into anything. Highly recommend!!! Delivery was also nice and easy.

Jesse is great at his job, he explained everything so regular people can understand. Jesse's upselling skills are spot on. My wife and I walked away with more than we walked in for, happily. I will be telling my friends and family all about my Sit ‘n Sleep experience.

I was kept informed of the delivery. The delivery was made within the scheduled time-frame. We were not satisfied with the quality of the mattress cover. The mattress cover looked cheaper than the one we saw in the store.

We reside on an Air Force base so for the delivery drivers to come on, they needed to be sponsored. It’s a time consuming process and the drivers were not upset at all and seemed super patient with us. They were very friendly and quick with delivery. They also hauled away our old mattress with no issue. We are VERY grateful for the in store and delivery service all around!

Everything was great

Great experience for sales to purchase to delivery! Well done!

Truck 41 - Hugo, Cesar and Carlos were awesome! They arrived on the time slot provided. They were considerate in wearing shoe covers, confirmed the order and set up quick and easy! Very happy with the delivery service!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable. I had to go back 2 days after picking our mattress and change it to another model before it was delivered and had no issues. We also purchased the pillows we used to test mattress with.

I felt like it was fast and easy it didn't take so much of my time

Delivery men were so very personable. It was a pleasure having them in my home.

Our Sit n Sleep experience went very well, as usual. We’re a long time customer, and will continue to be. Delivery service was perfect and very well managed.
