Sit 'n Sleep Reviews

The mattresses arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled delivery window. The delivery crew was efficient and courteous. They quickly installed the beds in about 30 minutes. They also safely carried our old king -size mattress down from the second floor without any mishaps, which was no easy task. They removed all of the packaging and trash before leaving. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. We are very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this company and its delivery team.

Sit and sleep delivered my mattress on time and the delivery men were so nice! Thank you

Ronaldo and his partner were amazing. Their efficiency and execution of removing the old bed and putting the new bed in place was very impressive.

The delivery guys were very professional and fast. They definitely deserve a raise for the kind of physically intensive labor and fast turnaround times they do a day.

If we could give a 10 star we would.
This whole process from beginning to end was GREAT.
Starting with going to the store being greeted by a sales staff which was John H.
He was very patient, and knowledgeable as he showed me and my husband a variety of beds.
We decided on one and also purchased a platform for it.
The service in the store was top class.
Our delivery arrived (they had next day delivery) and the delivery guys were very nice and accommodating.
They took away the old mattress, box springs and frame and quickly and efficiently set up the new mattress and platform.
It was seamless and smooth experience.
We are very happy customers.

Sales person was knowledgeable, took the time to show us many combinations and choices. Didn't push or oversell. Explain things in detail. Mr. O'Brien was professional and personable which made the experience comfortable. I would recommend the store and him to family and friends.

We had a great experience here. The sales representative Robert Romero was friendly, attentive to what we wanted in a matters, and gave us a great price.

Charles, the manager of the San Clemente store, was really great to work with. After hearing what we needed he was able to identify the best alternative mattresses for us and we bought one on the spot. We had not expected to do all of that in one trip. Thank you Charles!

Purchase process at your Irvine store went very well with your sales associate. We got to meet Larry and Drew which made our visit even better!

Reps Matt and Jon took time to explain mattresses and no pressure. It was important to me to see and feel the actual mattress. I went to competitors but sit n sleep was best in service and price.

Delivery/ installation men were prompt, respectful & super efficient! They went straight to work, cleaned up whatever needed to be taken away and did it all with a smile. Thanks so much for making this an easy transition.

The delivery was on time and your driver’s handled the delivery and the installation quickly and efficiently. They showed us how to use the remotes and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with your service.

One of the most pleasurable buying experiences I’ve ever had…! The store manager, Chris, is a stellar salesman and fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend the Simi Valley store for your mattress shopping experience.

Matthew was the best. Very patient and knowledge. This man deserves a raise!

Great customer service and delivery service, thank you so much

Amazing customer service from the start. The store Manger Alfred Abogado was so helpful in helping us by a mattress,he knows about everything there is to know about all the different brands. No pressure at all. The delivery was great too, they text you a window time and then call you on the phone the day of delivery to till you what time they would be at my house. They have the customer service that you can't find anymore. 😊

I visited the store and got an honest rundown on the mattresses that corroborates research done online on 3rd party sites. Delivery was fast and friendly.

Super fast. Excellent service!
