Honest feedback they want. Ok, well I was a little spectacle about ordering, why I never heard of this place and the price was almost to good to be true but I thought it’s ok if I have a problem I’ll be ok because I used PayPal, well to my surprise I got confirmation of my order and then I got a tracking number and then a few days later I had my order, exactly what I ordered. I am sure I will be ordering again soon. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service.

The reason for the 1 raring is because…
The reason for the 1 raring is because if shipping. The product was not shipped to my house , instead left at a FED Ex ( Walgreens) 20 miles away.I am not sure if they tried to drop it off at my house, but the never notified me, ie note on my door etc.
and i never even got an email saying where my shipment ended up.

We do apologize for the carrier miscommunication. Unfortunately they do not notify us every step of the shipping progress or unless there is an issue with the address. We do see per the tracking that this was delivered to recipient on 07/02/20201.
Customer Support/Service Sucks
Have 08 Polararis Ranger 700 XP ordered a pair of front cv axles, Axle looked good went right in but the outer Boot clamp is the wrong type, the ear where it is crimped rubs on the housing. Called Sixity they offered to send more clamps I informed them that would do no good she calls a tech for a solution & informs me I need to call a Polaris tech. So Pissed! done with Sixity.( Polaris uses a earless boot clamp
Although Sixity now says they have the proper clamps I have Two questions. 1 Why did the customer service rep not bother to tell me they had the clamps that would work.. 2 why don't the Cv Shafts come with the right clamp for the application. I stand by my rating.

We do have low profile clamps for application vehicles where the clamp may be hitting the housing, which often resolves this issue. We certainly strive to offer solutions when a rare fitment issue arises.

Great company to work with! I ordered the wrong part by accident initially. Customer service was understanding and immediately had the correct part on way with tracking in less than 24 hours. They included a return shipping label for the return. Would definitely recommend again, and will be doing future business!
