Our recent ski trip to France with SkiBound was absolutely incredible from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, everything was well-organised, professional and designed to ensure we had the best possible time on and off the slopes.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and ideally located near the ski lifts, making it super easy to get to the mountain each day. The food was hearty and delicious, perfect after a long day skiing and there were great options to suit everyone in our group.

The SkiBound staff truly made the experience stand out - they were friendly, helpful and always available to answer questions or lend a hand. Whether it was helping with ski hire, guiding us through the local area, or running evening activities, they went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun and staying safe.

The ski conditions were amazing and the instructors we had were knowledgeable, patient and great at working with all skill levels. Everyone in our group, from beginners to seasoned skiers, felt challenged and supported.

All in all, it was a fantastic trip filled with unforgettable memories. Huge thanks to SkiBound for making it so special - we’re already looking forward to booking our next adventure!

We had a fantastic week in Les Menuires, we were looked after by the team in Brighton and in-resort, wonderfully!

Great pre-trip support from Julia, really accommodating to all our requests in the lead up to the trip and provided very clear trip information ahead of the trip. Everything was really well organised in Jasper and there was flexibility to make changes there as needed. We will certainly be using Skibound again.

The trip in Jasper was well organised, the group was looked after well by the ski instructors and tuition was to a high standard…any questions we had our ski rep was on to it super quick and couldn’t have done enough for us…thanks Steve

Tom and Ruby our resort reps were excellent - nothing was too much trouble and they were attentive without being in your face. Great location and ideal skiing for school group. Will definitely book again!

A perfect venue for a school trip.......a hotel dedicated to working with school children right on the slopes, what more could you ask for!
Accomodation and food were superb and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Lovely caring, clean accomodation with good facilities and a great bus company who were super professional.

The food was too basic and more variety would have been appreciated especially at breakfast where some fibre/fruit and dinner with more veg options, especially for staff.

Not having cooked lunch on the slopes was disappointing as was not being told they could wear bags skiing (we have never been to a resort where this was the case).

Ski instruction was okay, but having only 4/5 instructors for 3 days made for a less thorough teaching experience and the decison to go to the glacier rather than Zell am see on day one was odd, especailly given the lack of experience in our group. Skibound were good in refunding this as they were for the cancelled bowling, but this was also disappointing as we paid for 3 apres-ski activivites. Finally, the ski hire shop were too efficient and this led to issues with boots/skis throughout the week. They should have shown more care.

Overall an amazing trip with great support, but things here and there did dampen our experience and many of things could have been avoided/fixed.

Location, staff and ski area all first class.
A fantastic week of skiing at a reasonable price in a world class ski area. Le Skilt is truly slope-side which made prepping for lessons easy. Christa and her team are excellent hosts, fantastic local knowledge and a very warm welcome. We will return within the next three years.

We had a fantastic ski experience in Austria and I would highly recommend Ski Bound. From the booking process, the planning and the trip itself Ski Bound were very helpful and made the whole process an easy one. In resort, the hotel was great and the Ski Bound representative could not do enough for us. I will definitely be booking with Ski Bound again next year.

Very helpful communications back and forth just sometimes a little delayed. Might be a problem on our side too with too many people involved in the organisation of the trip. Very helpful to the parents who had to pull out. Sarah was also very helpful and dealt with a child protection issue professionally and thoroughly.

Great location, and wonderful, friendly staff. From the coach drivers, to the ski instructors, our Rep and the hosts at the guest house/ hotel, everyone was lovely. They were all super helpful and also said how lovely our kids were are that they would welcome them back anytime.

Everything as expected! A great 'ski' focused ski trip with with very little needless fuss or background noise. Choice of airlines wasn't the best, but I guess you get what you pay for!

Excellent organisation - ran no issues

We had an absolutely superb trip to Alpe d'Huez. The staff at Vallee Blanche were excellent and helped make the trip special. The food we got was top class for a school trip and we were blessed with excellent ski and weather conditions.

Reps were so helpful - office staff before we left were also great - so quick to respond to any question. All round excellent experience! Diolch Yn Fawr!
