This product took forever to receive. Secondly this product is not authentic. On the back it has information that does not match the information on an authentic Sothys product.
I have used this product in the past that I purchased from a licensed esthetician and I compared the labeling and your product is not authentic Sothys brand.

I ordered a product and no longer wanted it, in fact I canceled it and they still sent it! Total was $52. I had to pay to send the item back $8 and they charge $8 for a restock fee.. Its bs because most places do return postage and isnt that their job to put stuff back. I had to pay $8 for them I guess for them to do their job.. I will not be buying from them again

They are a scam organization. They advertise fake plant products that are very large and attractive. They deliver a piece of junk. Taught me a lesson dont deal with online websites unless your positive they are legit.
They are deplorable in advertising a nice product and delivering a few plastic strands of junk in
what is suppose to be a full fern plant.

No i specifically ordered from YOUR WEBSITE, AND you know it. Others have also ordered from you and your reply is the same. There is no one else to contact because it is your company that is ( maybe being used) No Mistakes its YOUR COMPANY WHO IS TAKING THE ORDERS! MAYBE YOU NEED TO INVESTIGATE WHO IS USING YOUR WEBSITE, THEY ARE DOING QUITE WELL HIDING BEHIND YOU and making a bundle from US

Ordered two ferns. What I received was small dime store plastic fern’s. Nothing like the pictures and definitely not worth half the price. Don’t be fooled.

Total rip off. Major misrepresentation. $75 for three ferns....got three fronds! They also stink! Very angry.

These guys are not legitimate. I placed order - they shipped completely different items and don't respond to any correspondence. Order 243609

Similar to the other review, they also do not want to refund me. I wish I could give a zero star rating. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had.
This was not my first order with them and I placed a second order in early December 2019. I received a defective face cream (item had clearly been opened and was leaking) and emailed them immediately. They told me that is how it should be and the cold weather can make it leak (umm...okay. Hot weather would make something leak not cold). I contacted the manufacturer, Shira Esthetics, who confirmed that they have been after them for a while and have no idea where they get their products from. I had to drive to the manufacturer and they replaced the face cream for me. They also notified me that my other product had been discontinued some time ago. All the while, they had still not sent me a return label and said that 'they were behind'. I got the label at the end of January and shipped it right out.
Two months passed and still no refund. I am then told that they are behind in work and have received my order but due to the timeframe, I can only get store credit. I told them that the delay was on their end, not mine. They then say that they cannot find my return, yet the tracking clearly shows that it has been delivered. I call in April, May...same narrative. By August, I still have no refund and then decided to file a chargeback and contact Better Business Bureau. They magically 'just found my return' when my bank called them. It was August, and they are claiming that it took like 6 months to locate. They have now apparently changed their payment gateway and can no longer refund my transaction. I am expected to find a PayPal account for them to refund. I do not have one and am unable to find someone who does to do so, and therefore requested a check be sent to me. They tell me that they will only if I cancel the chargeback with my bank. I ask them to send me an email detailing this and instead they send a system generated email that I have been refunded. My bank said that if I cancel it on their end and Skin Beauty never processes the refund, they will not be able to help me.
It is now January 2021 and they never refunded me. This is SO SHADY and I am super fed up. I am NEVER buying from them again. The manufacturer could not believe what I had received and showed me how the consistency should be. WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY SELL. They did not even have a contact phone number until like April...everything was via chat. At this point, I do not think they will ever give me my money back though they received their products back a year ago and I am considering reaching out to a news station. It has been a year! I have been beyond patient and understanding with the unanticipated pandemic, but I am now outraged and disgusted. They cannot play the game with me that they played with the review by Bella (2 reviews below mine). I know where I purchased: 'skin-beauty dot com' in Washington (if this is even where they are) and I am sure that Bella knows what she is talking about also.

I recently purchased a product from this company. I have now attempted to reach out to customer service 4 times now with no response. Very poor customer service, quality of products, and overall management of the business. Save your money and shop elsewhere to save yourself a headache

5 months ago I made order and it still didn't arrive. I sent email after 3 months after I made order and they told me that they have 60 days policy rule about refund.
After that I send who knows how many emails requesting to refund my money and they stoped answering to my email and they didn't refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Skin beauty is commendable for their online services and they provide products that are great for my sensitive skin. The delivery is quite fast, too and the packaging is great. I hope this will continue!

Jeg bestilte d. 29. marts en række hudpleje-produkter, som på denne (amerikanske) side kostede en brøkdel af, hvad de koster herhjemme. Jeg tænkte at hvis pakken blev snuppet i tolden, ville det ikke gøre så meget, for så ville det blive ca det samme som prisen herhjemme.
Leveringstiden skulle være 4-6 uger med USPS Airmail, men jeg fik allerede pakken igår, dvs efter ca. 3 uger.
Derudover havde de været så søde at skrive på pakken at det var "commercial samples" og desuden var den deklareret til 28 dollars. Det er da fornemt!

Skin Beauty offers excellent products that I cannot find locally, and I always receive my products from them within 3 days of the order date. They provide excellent on-line service!

virksomheden har behandlet mig så dårligt at det ikke er acceptabel. Jeg har købt vare for over 900 kr hos dem, men har ikke fået dem endu. Jeg bestilte den 1 feb og idag er det den 26 feb på hjemmeside står der at leverings tiden er 7-14 dage. Jeg har skrevet til dem flere gang for at få høre hvor pakken er blevet af. De svar mig tilbage efter to dage og fortæller mig at de ikke vide det men vil undersøg. der går 3 dage mere hvor jeg ikke høre fra dem så jeg kontaktede dem igen og fortalte at nu kan jeg ikke vente længere vil have mine penge tilbage eller pakken inden for en uge. det svar jeg fik var at pakken er i frankrig og hvis vi høre noget så får jeg det at vide ????? hvornår får jeg min pakke hvor lang tid tager det fik jeg ikke svar på eller får jeg mine penge.
