EXCELLENT customer service! I’m a new customer living in Hawaii. They offered a product I use at a better price than Amazon (Tizo3), so I tried to order enough to get free shipping. However, the website wouldn’t accept my Hawaii address for free shipping, so I called their customer service. An actual person (not a robot voice) answered after just a few rings and worked out the shipping so I paid the same rate as continental US customers. The customer service agent couldn’t have been more pleasant and efficient. My package just arrived, and not only did I receive what I ordered, but they added some free samples. I will be a Skin Etc customer forever!

Order a cream from them and my order was cancelled a couple days later with no notification. I tried calling them and emailing them to understand why it was cancelled....no response. What everyone else says it's true, they have a number but never answer the phone. They have an email, but never tend to it. Just take your business elsewhere. I'm definitely a bit scared that they can have my credit card # still on file.

Horrible experience. Jane Iredale bag arrived with the faux leather peeling and stuck to the plastic wrap. Eyeshadow smelled bad and was broken. I tried MULTIPLE times to contact company, but their mailbox is full and they do not reply to any of the emails. BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give them a zero I would. You can’t get in touch with anyone via phone. My email was ignored until I told them I would dispute it with my credit card. Then they got back to me with this long list of reasons why you might not get a refund. I’ll never buy from them again. Terrible company.😡

Don't buy from this company! I placed an order and the shipment never came. I called the phone number several times and left messages and no one ever called me back. I then sent an email and finally, someone responded. I told them I never got my order and they said they had it and it had been refused and sent back to them. They refunded my order minus $10 and refused to resend the package and told me to place another order. The package never came to my house and I never refused it! I think UPS must have taken it to the wrong address. I'm out $10 and never got my products and they never tried to make it right. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I won't buy from them again.

We have been buying from Skin-Etc for the last 6 months since summer time, and they have always given us the best prices for Le Mieux O2 Calming Gel, we have bought over 20 bottles or more from them since that time. However, the latest shipment they did not send the correct bottle in a batch ($18 value lost). They don't answer a voicemail or emails... We are now thinking twice about this website, and may have to just buy from Amazon now. Very sad.

It was my first time ordering from Skin ETC. I placed an order on Thursday, the product was shipped on the very next day, as stated on their website, and my products arrived on the following Monday. I must say, I was a bit skeptical and had doubts about their legitimacy since I was not able able to get in touch with someone at customer service and having a "full" voicemail; however, I sent them an email on Friday afternoon and got a reply back within an hour. I am very satisfied with the fast shipping service and pricing. I will definitely shop from them again. I hope they will continue to provide good services and try to improve their CS calls better. I bought 4 lipsticks from Skin-Etc and they never came. They said they mailed them but after 4 weeks, no one answers the phone, and the voicemail box is full, and all my emails have been ignored. I scanned a signed letter to start a investigation but haven't hear a word.

Customer Service is nowhere to be found
Good as long as things are good. But customer service is non-existent. I got a product with the lid open and it was spilled all inside the bag. I called, they said to email and they would credit a refund. That was over 3 weeks ago. Now no one answers the phone, the voicemail box is "full", and my emails have been ignored. I'll suggest to Jan Marini that they not use this vendor as an approved vendor any longer.

Fast Shipping of Expired Product
Purchased Superheal O live Serum and product arrived quickly but was over age and effective. Have used this for some time and the item was "like glue" when it was opened and not effective. The cost was full retail and sometimes supplies are limited so I was happy to find it available but in this case Skin Etc shipped some very expensive expired serum.

Although the shipping is fast it is the only good thing I can say about them. They sent me an inferior, outdated product. Jar broke in 3 places when I opened the box. Product has a slight odor. I tried to call without success. When I tried to leave message it says "mailbox is full". I sent numerous emails. I will pursue with my credit card company since amount was over 50 dollars, but I'm not holding my breath. The state of Texas BBB should shut them down. I can't believe they have been in business for all this time. I also notified the makers of Kinerase, although product was just recently discontinued. I intend to pursue this as far as I can and in as many ways as I can. In this day and age of social networking this is totally unexceptable. I am also planning to notify BBB in state of Texas for whatever it is worth. I do not see anything on skin-etc about no returns, which should be posted if this is their policy. Again avoid this on line merchant.

I purchased some product from Skin Etc, but wanted to return them because purchased the wrong one by mistake. I called and left messages 3 times, wrote 3 emails with details such as order #s, my contact, but never heard back from them. Their voice message was not like that of a normal business operation, but just a regular non-professional voice message. I kept calling over two months, and one day they finally took the call. The lady who answered said she was the owner of the company, and that she had been out for a while for a surgery, and because they are a very small company run only by her and a couple of other staff, she could not reply. . She said she will find out if I can return the product, and DEFINITELY call me back. She DID NOT. When I called again, she said all cosmetic products cannot be returned. I was extremely disappointed that she did not call back after all the ignoring and excuses she made about being off sick. If she were the owner, she should have known when I called that the product could not be returned.
