I recently had a Milia removed from my lower eyelid a delicate procedure, at the SK:N Clinic in Melksham. A friendly reception with a some documentation to complete. Again a friendly, professional and 'put you at ease' attitude by the surgical team, explained everything and very talkative throughout the procedure. even got a freebie milia removed. No real waiting times appointment within a week or so. A very good experience and highly recommended. Thank you to the Melksham Team.

Had my first session and I'm really happy with the experience so far. Lindzi Brown was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout.

I have had multiple laser hair removal sessions with Flora at Bristol, she is amazing and makes me feel really comfortable. I couldn’t recommend her anymore and will definitely go to Flora with any other skin concerns in the future!

Unprofessional service! As a paying customer, I arrived early at the Chelmsford clinic, as advised, to complete medical forms, to an empty waiting room. After 15 mins, I phoned the head office to check there was actually someone there, when a person from the office next door came in, who went to look for someone for me. The assistant finally came out, and I filled in forms. I was then left waiting for 30 mins, until eventually being called through, with no explanation or apology. I had been there an hour! My appointment was 40 mins prior to this. I asked to re-schedule, or get a refund on my deposit. I was given the number to call to get a refund. I called Head Office, and this in itself may take 28 days to be approved, with no guarantee of refund...!!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere, as I've no confidence in this clinic.

On arrival I felt completely at ease.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic and professionalism of the team, giving me confidence that I was in safe hands for my procedure.

Nurse and doctor were both so lovely and knowledgable and put me at ease for my first time having Botox. They talked me though and ensured I felt comfortable and were so helpful in guiding me through it. I will absolutely be here as a regular when I need it again , thanks so much and to (I think her name was Rachel I’m sorry if that’s wrong!!) and doctor

I visited Snowberry Lane Melksham clinic today for the first time for a full body mole check. What a lovely clinic. Easy to find, lovely spacious car park. Peaceful and relaxing! Lisa at reception was so friendly and welcoming. Debbie was fab - very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. She took plenty of time to explain things to me and I left feeling a real peace of mind and know which ones to keep an eye on. I’d definitely recommend Snowberry Lane Melksham clinic to anyone. Thank you!

The team were very friendly and the facilities were excellent. Special shout out to Victoria who took good care of me.

Dr Tracey was very informative with my treatment, explained my options and wasn't forceful in any way. Nina was also very accommodating as soon as I entered and left the building.

Millisa was very friendly and helpful. The treatment was great and my skin feels wonderful! That's all i really need from a facial treatment :)

I visited the Brighton clinic to have a full mole check. From the moment I arrived the team (Harriet & Claire) were so friendly and warming. Dr Hosur was very thorough and listened to my concerns. All the team went above and beyond and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend this clinic and would definitely go back.

I had my first laser hair removal session and my practitioner Milisa was great. She walked me through each step during the session and gave good advise for aftercare.

I can't recommend Katrina highly enough. She is friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. From my first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and well informed about the laser treatment process.
Katrina takes a genuine interest in her patients, is always happy to answer questions, and ensures every treatment is carried out with care and attention. Her expertise and reassuring approach have made the whole experience a very positive one.

I've had a fantastic experience with Lindzi at the Exeter clinic. From my consultation to my appointments for facial and full body laser, Lindzi has made me feel completely at ease, informed and confident. She has an incredibly warm and friendly approach, but she is highly professional and knowledgeable. I have seen many specialists over the years for hair removal and I have not met anyone as honest and sincere as Lindzi. During the treatments she is encouraging and patient and makes the experience comfortable and stress free. I cannot recommend her enough and I am excited to continue my hair removal journey with Lindzi.
