Shipping was quick, however, they are the incorrect size for what i need.

Order 1944735. We are a customer from Sweden who have been a customer for many years. On this order we have been charged for US VAT $448,13.
We have never been charged for VAT before on any orders from you or other US suppliers. We would like that you return the payment on the credit card that have been used for the payment. Everything else have been excellent good information regarding the delivery and the delivery time was shorter then expected.Please return with actions regarding the VAT

I was concerned about the quality of the product since it was so much cheaper than the competitors, but the lipbalm tubes were actually higher quality than my last order from another company. Tubes were thicker walled and caps click on instead of an unsatisfying slide.

I love these jars! They are exactly what I needed to take my products to the next level!

Everything in the package arrived undamaged. However, the bottles moved around in the box as the dividers were this and loose. So, some bottles were stuck together without being protected by the dividers. The products including some samples seem to be very sturdy. One negative thing about my experience was that one of the ordered items was supposed to be in stock, but it came in late. After a couple of delay notification messages, the entire order shipping date changed. Luckily, it wasn't a time-consuming situation for me this time, but I wouldn't be happy if I depended on the stock information and my shipping date delayed like this.

I've always received all my purchases in a timely manner, without any mistakes. SKS is on point and I highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of packaging

I tranposed a number on the billing and delivery address on my first (and last) order with SKS. Understandably and allegedly, the shipment was delivered to a neighbor directly across the road and never seen again. UPS had no photo delivery proof and SKS wouldn't offer any goodwill discount off the next shipping cost, though I was totally willing to purchase all the product again. The billing address was not verified either, otherwise the system would have caught the error as well. I called both SKS and my credit union who stated their system made no such safety/address check as the two addresses didn't match, but the charge was put through anyway.

As a first time experience and completely out the cost of the order, I will not be ordering from SKS ever again. Their Google reviews state similar issues with Customer Service and unwillingness to help with unforseen errors.

I always appreciate the quality of the products I receive from SKS. There have been times when they've been out of stock (for a LONG time) on items I've needed and I've had to look elsewhere. But this is my normal go-to spot.
