They precut the tubes, great. The box arrived with a giant hole in it, like someone punched it and tried to see what's inside, one bag was ripped apart

Bulk tops not good
Ordered bulk tops and most of the box had dirty tops with a blue film or substance on them. I reported it and sent them pictures yet no replacements sent yet. Apparently I also need to send samples and wait for the tops I should have gotten. I just want the tops I should have gotten. Usually I have no problems with their products and I like the jars I get from SKS.

My order was taken over the phone because I couldn’t get the website to work correctly. But everything still came out great and my order was delivered in a very timely manner regardless. It arrived two days earlier than expected.

Received order 2 short out of 24
One of my package orders received was 2 short of spice containers. There are 24 red caps in enclosed bag, but only received 22 containers in this bag. Though this is my first written complaint, this happens often with previous orders, one order is sometimes one or two short
