Hi Sue, When a new order is placed with us, and an old invoice is unpaid, we send out a statement. We continue to send statements 1-2 times per week until we receive the payment for the invoice, and then your order is released for processing. We also send out statements on the 2nd of each month. Poor quality control. Jars have paper thin walls in spots
I can’t buy the 17oz peanut butter jars that I usually do. Not sure if I’m too small of a business or what. The 16oz jars I had to order instead have inconsistent wall thickness resulting in many of them with paper-thin spots. About 10% of the jars are unusable. Also the price is more expensive. Not sure I’m going to order from SKS anymore.

The 17oz jar is no longer being carried in our regular inventory but can still be sourced at an MOQ of 30,000 pieces. Misleading Made In USA Statement
SKS sells a "kit" where both glass bottles and caps are included with purchase. They claim Country of Origin is USA, they even have "Made in the USA" icon on the product page.
Example: sks-bottle/product/398, Trust pilot doesn't allow full links to be pasted so just Google: SKS 4 oz Amber Glass Bottle Round and find the case option that includes caps.
In reality, the glass bottles are Made in India. They list this when buying the same product but in bulk, verified here: sks-bottle/product/391, Trust pilot doesn't allow full links to be pasted so just Google: SKS 4 oz Amber Glass Bottle Round and find the bulk option that doesn't include caps.
I confirmed this with their customer service over the phone. They advertise the Made In USA statement because they assemble the "kit" in the USA, which is just them putting bottles and caps together in a box. This is misleading the country of origin.
It would be more appropriate for SKS to list the product as "Packaged in the USA" and make the Country of Origin very clear of the contents. "Packaged in the USA with Imported Components"
