It was a good service apart from an admin problem but Peter sorted out the problem and all good now. Would've been a 5 but Andover closed and had to go to Basingstoke to sort out the Admin issue.

My experience

My experience with Pete, the bald man, was extremely uncomfortable.

He was very pushy about getting me to leave a positive Trustpilot review and even offered to write it for me, which I found very inappropriate and uncomfortable.

I later returned to speak with another member of staff, who was very kind and helpful. While I was there, I witnessed Pete doing the same thing again with an elderly customer. I actually saw him take the customer’s phone, select five stars on Trustpilot himself, and then ask the customer to write a review about him infront of him.

Having witnessed this myself, I would question how genuine or representative the positive reviews are. I found Pete to be extremely pushy, insensitive and uncomfortable to deal with, and I would not personally want to deal with him again.

Peter was incredible, such a kind and friendly man and helped me with changing over to Sky. He was a pleasure to deal with and an asset to the Sky team. Thank you

I went to ask Vodafone today to ask for a pac number to enable me to change to you. I saw Pete and then did everything for me to enable this and advised me what would occur over the next few days. He is very polite and professional and he is easy to talk to ,

Pete was very approachable and…

Pete was very approachable and professional today when we saw him in festival place. Pete really helped us today and talked us through numerous deals and helped us to get the best one we believed we required.
