Difficult to understand horse racing bets on multiple bets , no information on ground going, and page jumps when scrolling down , no other site does this , taking my money out and putting it in Bet365 even though they have no offers , sky bet site was excellent it’s now very poor.

I was sceptical of the changes in format last year, now i have certainly embraced them, It gives more options on a Football bet which i love also a great feature as with build a bet, you can add more than one player to a selection, alzo notice that can be done in Rugby bets too

I do wish there were extra scoring margins on the Rugby but i do love the site

I'm totally disgusted with sky bet I placed a bet in good faith and under the terms of the bet could freeze o ne selection.i tried to freeze the selection but because your site was not working I was unable. I tried
Contacting sky to explain but by the time I got through some 30 mine later the score had changed sky said they would sort it out.they never did and on contacting them again they said they couldn't do any thing I asked to speak to someone who I could complain to but they said there wasn't anyone.i told them I intend to take it to the small claims court which I am in the process of doing .there quick to take your money but dont like paying out when there in the wrong

Since an "upgrade" a few months ago, the app is virtually unusable. It can take up to 30 seconds to a minute from the key stroke to the field populating. I do not use the app half as much now as I did before the upgrade, I use another company

4 stars is good not great when bets are placed ie football bets but the game is cancelled it takes ages for sky to put void ob the bet also when bets are put on some games you cant get result till after the game thats not much fun if u advertise a game then the result she be in play during the game

No transparency with the free spins, sometimes available and then disappeared again. Competitors atleast are consistent.

Everything straight forward, website easy to navigate, the extra rewards are always welcome. I know my boundaries when limiting my spends. Compared to a couple other websites I’ve used and have since closed. They bombard you with information you did not request. When it came to setting cash spends, there were questions I had, talk to anyone, robot answering, then someone from a call centre in the Philippines could understand finally you get thru someone who English and still did not get problem resolved.
