My daughter had a test pre booked but the instructor firstly didnt pick my daughter up fdom her home as she was busy with another student despite prebooking her 2 hours before hand
Secondly a nail had caught in the tyre prior by the previous student and for my daughters test was ultimately tefused by the instructor even though she didnt drive the car prior to the test
The instructor then didnt go inside the test centre with her
She called my daughters mother demandimg upfront paymnet or she will not give the car for the test on the last minutes so blackmaling her and pressuring her for her own test
The instructor Shelly aka Monwara Begum refused a refund for the test stating it wasn't her fault that her car failed a triage prior to test?! What ?
How would this make my daughter feel just 10 minutes before her test?
Have we not always paid on time previously so why take this approach just before a test? Doesn't add up?
After complaints to the Sky driving school owner, Monwara Begum Aka Shelly conceded but a test has been lost,time and money and my daughters hopes.The instructor didnt eveb acknowledge what she did blaming my daughter stating she should rebook at her own cost yet peividing a car that failed examminion? Go figure
What a disgrace this is an abuse of intructor behaviour.
Save your kids ,your time and money
Next will be an official complaint to the DVSA
My daughter has not had continous lessons only a booking to use the car for the test. Do not book any lessons and we will not book lessons with the instructor that places her greed before the student.
You couldn't make this up
Faulty car your fault
Nail in tyre your fault
Responsibility =0
Apologies =0
Company response = blames student
This company literally has its head in the clouds or sky!
Youve been warned
