I have booked my tickets several times with Skylite Travel through Maddi . She always go out of her way to get the cheapest and shorted flight possible.And what I enjoy most is the feed backs and follow ups she give until I get my ticket.Any errors are quickly rectified with no hassles.if I leave a message she make sure she calls back asp.Very grateful and do not hesitate to recommend Maddi to anyone. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! You make life easier.

I was after a Dubai visa. MADDI AMISH asked me to pay deposit and the rest of the amount once I received the visa I agreed. 10 days later she contacted me again saying I have to pay the outstanding amount, but I haven’t received the visa yet !! Her answer was she has dealt with an A person before and he got the visa didn’t pay the outstanding amount. Therefore she wants the money, absolutely disgusting not professional and absolutely rude be aware every one. I had to call every single day to get an answer or update of what’s going on as my traveling date getting closer. However HASHIM came along and sorted it all out, he is very helpful and polite. But overall experience was very stressful.

I have the deal for the toronto on the net and i contacted the representative by the name of Frank. On the way to toronto the flight was amazing but on the way back our flight was rescheduled but nobody informed us and we had to stay at the airport for about 15hrs along with my young family.

Skylite are amazing. It is true that the people make an organisation. I had the pleasure of dealing with a chap called Hashim. His client care was phenomenal. He would always keel me updated and reassured me about the whole visa process which was what I needed. A very great service indeed. Thank you Hashim.

After a long search of my flight to Kenya I found skylite number online and spoke to a representative by the name Frank.I was amazed by his warm conversations with very polite words.Almost thought he was family!☺He found an affordable price rate for me and family which beat all the prices I had seen on my search!Am yet to fly soon and will be back with more reviews on the flight prepared for us by Skylite. I recommend Frank to anyone who needs help with flight travel.

In particular, I have to offer my sincere thanks to their Travel Consultant Maddi, who left no stone unturned in ensuring that the flight information she provided was to my clear and total understanding and that no issues remained.
Maddi was most polite, friendly and consistently helpful and a pleasure to speak with her.

I booked a flight and had to pay a deposit of £100 which is fine until you are told you have to pay for the whole flight price the next day and you will be refunded the deposit.
I have not received that initial deposit despite promises being made to me but have heard many excuses and now I am fed up of waiting any longer. I was also told I will only get £95 returned not even the full £100! Even that would be better than nothing.
I feel completely ripped off that Skylite have £100 of my money and I don't seem to be able to get it back.

I now have received the refund many weeks after it was promised to me but it has all been a bad experience. Please be aware if you book through this company that they behave in this manner. I have been asked firmly by them to remove this review of them because I now have my money back but it took much effort to get the refund and I need to let other people know of my experience, so, I will not be removing this review but I have amended it to 3 stars because of the friction and difficulties I have endured.

I have been choosing Skylite Travel for booking my regular trips to Zimbabwe now for several years as it is always a great pleasure dealing with Muhammad Danish who if my experience is the most courteous and knowledgeable of travel consultants. Thank you once again Muhammad for your friendly and efficient service and I will definitely be continuing to recommend you to my friends and family.
