Shanklin, Isle of Wight Tuesday 5.30
I was incredibly sceptical about whether SW would work for me but it's been a life changing experience. I've lost 4.5 stone in just over 10 months and had so many health benefits. Pauline is really approachable and supportive which has made all the difference. The other members are such a great group of people where everyone is made welcome.

I go to Wroxall Isle of Wight Friday morning 9am Pauline our consultant and all the wonderful members are so supportive, I have been a SW member for many many years, I have lost 7 and a half stone in total, and been at target for over 15 years. Food optimising is so flexible it fits into individual lifestyles perfectly.

I can't recommend the Shanklin World group enough! Walking through the doors for the first time can be nerve-wracking, but Pauline made me feel incredibly welcome from day one. There is absolutely no judgment here—just a supportive, friendly atmosphere where everyone cheers each other on. I love our group at bannockburn and…
I love our group at bannockburn and Braehead Stirling.It is the best wee group.Everyone is there to support each other.Angela our consultant goes above and beyond to make the class and our journey a happy place.A place to relax unwind away from everyday life for that 1hour.Enjoy a cup of tea coffee or hot choc and listening to everyone's story and getting tips on other foods to try or cook.It really is the best wee group.Slimming world to me has changed my life so much.❤️

Sylvia Rubery group Worle
I joined slimming world in worle recently with Sylvia Rubery as the leader. I started this for health reasons through the doctors 10 week voucher scheme. I have been really happy with the group and you can tell Sylv has a lot of success stories to tell!!! It’s really nice to see a mixture of different ages and all at different parts of their journeys but the one thing that stands out is how much weight everyone has lost within the group. My husband and I are members of Slimming World in Braehead, Stirling and our consultant is Angela Tremelling. We both are target members, but we couldn't have done it without the support of Angela and the rest of the members. It's one of the best things we've ever done and we both feel healthier and have far more energy and it's helped my husbands diabetes 💖. Joined slimming world 3 years ago and wouldn't look back. After many attempts this time ive taken it that bit more serious! Ive now lost 10 st 1 ½lbs and 12 stone in total! My slimming world consultant Denise (weoly castle) and group have supported me week by week 2 help me stay on track! Few lbs away from target now 🙌🏾

I attend Sylv's slimming world group on Tuesday mornings.
Sylv's non judgemental support and encouragement has helped me to lose nearly 6 stone.
The group is friendly and welcoming, with both men and women. I especially appreciate this early group, as I can weigh from 7.30-8 am, and comfortably get to work for 9am. So much easier for me than going out in the evening.

Tuesday 9am Slimming World with Sylvia (Sylv) in Congresbury
I just wanted to share how amazing is Sylv as a Slimming World consultant. Sylv creates a such a welcoming and supportive group atmosphere every week, which really makes a difference. As, at the start , I felt nervous to start Slimming World showing my weigh ins every week but the more I went in and when I got to know the group I felt confident and determined how much weight I want to lose for couple of months . And now in total I reached my 4stone goal and another 5 stone to go or more …
Sylv energy is infectious, and I always leave feeling motivated and positive. Sylv has been fantastic at giving practical advice, especially with meal ideas, and they always celebrate everyone's successes, big or small. Thanks so much Sylv to their encouragement, I've been able to stay on track and feel so much better about my journey ahead . Like hopefully , ending up super slim . So , I can fit in my wetsuit for when I go bodyboarding. And so I don’t feel uncomfortable when I’m abroad on holidays as always feel uncomfortable with my weight when im wearing my swim costumes . And ever since I lost weight I’m less sweating when walking my dog and abroad .
Sylv is loving , caring always lifts me up when I put on . Sylv is funny , bubbly and always motivates me . Always there for me and the group and my dad .

Rejoined slimming world again but this…
Rejoined slimming world again but this time with a different group with Sylv at st marks church on a Thursday morning in Weston super mare, My journey has been a slow and steady one with ups and downs over the last Two years. Sylv has been nothing but supportive not just to myself but all her members understanding the difficulties of having a life and wanting to stay on plan but also drawing a line under it. Group is interesting with lots of tips and idea from member's but also it’s fun and have a laugh.
Definitely would recommend Sylv as now I am a target member with 3 stone weight loss still go every week to weigh been keeping this weight off and staying in target the last 9months.

I’ve been attending the Chellaston, Derby Slimming World Group for over 9 years now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, it’s the best. Liz Foster is the Consultant of the Friday morning 9am and 10:30 groups, and she is a wonderful Consultant.
