Life Saver
When I was told I was pre Diabetic I decided to loose weight rather than take more tablets. I managed to loose 2 stones but then got stuck so I gave SlimmingWorld a go and with Sylv our consultant II lost the further weight I needed, and now 6 years down the line I have no diabetic concerns.

I cannot recommend Adele and the Ingleby Barwick, Stockton, 10am Slimming World group highly enough!
Adele is an amazing consultant who is inspiring, supportive, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about helping people achieve their goals. She creates a fun, engaging, and positive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
What makes this group truly special is not just Adele – it’s also the fantastic members. Together they create such a warm, friendly atmosphere that it feels more like spending time with family. Everyone supports one another, celebrates successes, and helps each other through the tougher weeks.
Even when you’re feeling unmotivated or like you’ve lost your mojo, group is the best place to be. Adele and the members become your biggest cheerleaders, helping you refocus, rebuild your confidence, and remember why you started. There is never any judgement, just understanding, encouragement, and plenty of support.
I leave feeling inspired, motivated, and positive. The atmosphere is uplifting, and you come away believing you can achieve anything you put your mind to. It’s a community of people who genuinely care about one another and want everyone to succeed.
If you’re looking for a Slimming World group where you’ll feel supported, inspired, and part of something special, Adele’s Ingleby Barwick, Stockton, 10am group, is exactly that. A fantastic consultant, wonderful members, and an amazing atmosphere – I couldn’t ask for more.

So glad I joined the Droitwich Group
I joined the Droitwich SW group in January 2025 with consultant Helen Parker. I was 75 and suffered from COPD and Osteoarthritis. I found the SW way of eating so easy to follow and did not feel hungry or deprived at any time. By the June I had reached my target weight and my ailments had improved immensely (and, not being too vane, I looked a lot better too). I still go to the Saturday morning meetings and Helen is such a brilliant consultant, she makes our Saturday meetings so much fun and she is so supportive. I am so glad I joined her group.

I have heard a lot of good things about SW- lots of people recommended it.
Joined in Nov 2025 and learned a lot about Fibre and making better choices when cooking , lost a stone and planning to lose another 4.
Debbies group at Hamptons is great and also you have access to SW app that has tracker, recipes and podcasts. I truly recommend it if you would like to commit and make a different lifestyle - not for a short "diet".
Group members will become your social support and you may also make friends. It's a good value for about £7 a week, even less- if you buy a bundle 10 weeks .
The group also has a little shop with magazines and tea, coffee,squash and runs a raffle with kitchen accessories and meal kits. The group I go to has 2 different time options on a Saturday )

I have been a member at Holmes Chapel Friday 9.30 group since 2020, the members are great, friendly and our consultant is excellent. I have been at target almost 4 years. Losing 5st in total. It helps me keep on track and I'm never hungry.

I have been a SW member for the last 3 years
I have been a SW member for the last three years. I have been coming to Kerrys SW group at Almondsbury on a Saturday morning at 8am for the last year and it is by far the best. All members are friendly and I get a lot out of staying to the talk. We have a laugh but Kerry also has a serious side and gets her point across the reason why we are all there at SW. Well done Kerry keep doing what you are doing.

Love my Saturday morning group with Ian Bunney. Everyone is so supportive. Ian is so knowledgable and makes the meetings fun. Joined in 2016 and lost just over 10 st 7lbs. It took me a couple of years and I still go every week to keep it off. I enjoy being able to eat what I want if I count it in.
