Saved me when I’ve needed it most!
Easy application and super useful, this has saved me afew times. With all the prices going up for bills (especially electric prices). It’s been a struggle to have enough money to do a food shop and even pay for my prescription which is something I can’t go without. Can’t say how helpful this has been to me!

Quick and easy, got my money the same time.
Little bit offended about the email asking me if I was in financial hardship and distress because I'd already used them "multiple times before"- once in 2017 and once at the beginning of the year- when I they had sent me an email saying I was eligible to apply again, so mixed messages but I get why it's done
