Phil was really helpful in helping me create the perfect menu covers for my venue. We got a number of swatches sent out which was really useful to see which material was going to match our venue colour scheme closest. I am really happy with the final product that arrived.

First time using this company, simply not great
First time using this company. Firstly everything was great and I paid £1600 for menus and they sped everything up to help me, which was lovely. Then the delivery came and all printed incorrectly, so the menus were not ready for my opening. Which cost us a lot of money to get in a temporary ordering systems and menus. Then they guaranteed Wednesday before service the following week. Menus didn't turn up and I Didn't even get a call or email. I had to chase. Been given multiple apologies, but simply zero re-imbursement, even though its cost my company thousands of £'s in temporary solutions due to their mistakes. Which is a shame as we put lots of effort into our opening and too not have drinks menus for the first two weeks and its cost us double the amount we allocated to spend.

Took ownership of my problem and enabled a solution
I’m having a very disappointing experience. Smart Hospitality have really stuffed up my order. Not only have they sent an incomplete order but they have also sent me several items that I did not order. For example. They sent 6 margarita glasses that I did not order. The packing was so poorly done 2 of those glasses broke in transit showering broken glass all over the rest of my order.
Now they want me to safely repackage the order and send back the incorrect items. I've no idea when Parcel Force will collect the package. Sometime tomorrow is the guidance they gave.
I’ve called and emailed several times to resolve the issues. They have promised to call me back but have not done so with a final resolution. I’m in limbo if parcel force are coming tomorrow.
They are putting all the effort on the customer to resolve their mistakes. All for the sake of broken margarita glasses and a few quids worth of cutlery.
Update 31/08/2025
A courier came to collect the incorrectly supplied items and dropped off a package that I hoped to be the missing items from my original order. NOPE.
They got it wrong again.
How do you rely on an organization that struggles to fulfil a simple order of cutlery.
I've downgraded my review to 1 star.

I have used these guys for many years and normally ok BUT…..
I have used these guys for many years. Unfortunately my latest order from start to finish was disappointing from a customer service point of view.
Errors in printing (not completely their fault) but mostly very poor communication and many many missed delivery windows. The end product was good but they have definitely slipped back when it comes to customer service. It is a shame.

Cheap and Nasty
Purchased the illuminated wooden menu board stand. A cheap, nasty looking piece of equipment, badly made and just wondering when it will actually fall to pieces. Total rate of my hard earned money!

SmartUK Doesn't want to do return for u VOID ( Things come totally different)
They seem like refusing to take return. Item come totally different from description and the photo. Already sent img to customer service and said will be process the return but until 2weeks they did not do anything to my order, they are seem like RIP you off and delaying the return also ignored many days until I keep contacting them. Avoid this website, all theirs goods from really don't know where and may be lot of counterfeit item. Hope they can do the refund for me and the problem can be solve, now just let see if they didn't disappointed me.
PS: Read thru all the bad comment I can tell they refuse to refund, its a RIP off company, please VOID. Will call to bank to raise a dispute if they cannot process my return with 2days. Have prove over all the conversation and also taken photo from the website about the item etc. Might need to call consumer right to complaint this site too, if they do not refund.
PS: Things sorted out although it took a little bit of time. Have edited my post, not fully their fault tho on the product. Thanks for helping. It resolved :)
