It’s faulty when it arrives
Had to go through the process of validity the product is faulty prior to getting a new one. Had only used it once after opening.
Took more than 2 weeks for customer service to revert back and another week to send through the reply paid label to return the product.

The product was exactly what i wanted & expected. I was disappointment I couldn't buy more of it. Also I didn't expect the postage to be the same price as the product and I live in Bulleen Vic (Metro). Costs might be out of your hands? Otherwise happy with service and website.
