I had an accident with my engagement ring last week, and after luckily finding the missing diamond, Jim at S Murray Jewellers reset it for me. I'm so incredibly happy with the end result, as the ring looks brand new! Beautiful job, at a very reasonable price. I 100% recommend Jim, and will definitely use his services again.

I’m so incredibly happy with the work Jim from S Murray Jewellers did on my diamond and opal engagement ring. The opal needed replacing and finding someone you trust with such a delicate and sentimental stone can be nerve-wracking, but Jim’s craftsmanship is second to none.

I recently had a ring resized for my wife. The service was fantastic and they had the job done within the hour with the added bonus of a complimentary coffee next door.

I visited S Murray for a bespoke diamond ring and their standard of work is unbelievable. Highly recommend over high street retailers who charge far more for less. A well deserved 5 star, my partner is very pleased with the ring.

Replaced catch on my gold necklace fast and efficient.It took the jeweller less than a hour to complete when he gave me it back I noticed it had been cleaned at a high standard as new again at no extra cost. Fantastic service with friendly people. Will not be using anyone else again. would highly reccomend to anyone.

My grandma had her wedding ring polished and her special diamond ring cleaned along with the claws tightened. Absolutely over the moon with the results! Good to see quality customer service still thrives in Britain. S Murrays Jewellers shop which is based in the Grainger Arcade in Newcastle went out their way to get my broken ring fixed and in super quick time, nothing was too much trouble.
Would recommend them to anyone for any kind of jewellery repair work plus they have some very nice watches for sale and I simply couldn't resist buying one.
