After upgrading my computer, I had an issue with Excel which resulted in me not being able to import csv files into Snap. Although it was not directly a Snap problem, the people at Snap did not leave a stone unturned to help me solve this.

Snap Surveys is another survey company that uses the CINT platform, suffering the same reliability problems as others. I've also noticed that SNAP use a "bait & switch" technique - high value surveys are offered on their consumer website and by direct email, but on clickthrough the high value survey is "no longer available" and a redirection to low value surveys occurs. I've also calculated that 96% of email invitations to surveys also end up as zero-value with a "you have not qualified" pop-up. SNAP Surveys may work well for corporate clients but for consumers answering surveys it is a poor option.

The customer and technical support service is absolutely superb, very quick to reply and really helpful. The fact that you can easily get hold of someone over the phone or via email has been amazing. I have been using Snap professionally since version 4 in the late 90s - it is absolutely the best survey software. Lots of others make equally nice looking surveys, but Snap's analysis powers are far superior. Their customer service, training and resources are also excellent!
Please ignore all of the 1 star reviews on here, complaining about surveys that others create using Snap is like complaining to a farm that the supermarket was closed!

I just did a well functioning survey that used Snap Survey software, and I would use Snap if I needed to create a survey.
Many of the reviews on Snap's Trustpilot page are slagging off another company that uses Snap software.
If Trustpilot were doing an ADEQUATE job, they'd dismiss ALL the reviews that were incorrectly lowering Snap's Rating because the reviewer was rating a different company !!
Personally, I think Snap (and lots of other companies) should sue Trustpilot for misrepresentation !!!

I spent so much time into getting the reward but when it came to their verification process it kept saying cannot verify which they only let you do 3 times before they disqualify you !!! The camera they make you use to take the photos does it too fast

I am now a longstanding customer of SNAP and have worked with them for a few years. I have been supported by the same researcher with various projects throughout my time. The researcher has impressed me so much – and has helped me again and again over the years that we have worked together. I came to her with no idea how I was going to implement my project (I have to periodically survey people in around a hundred locations which are in eight 'areas' across the UK and Republic of Ireland) She has designed a system so that we can see what each setting is saying, what each area is saying and then the whole of the UK and the ROI. She has made great suggestions about how to phrase questions, present findings and layout our surveys. She has also been very flexible, is very responsive to emails and just incredibly nice to work with. Tonight she has gone out of her way to help me get the information that I need – and on a Friday night when she should be spending time with her friends and family. I am sure I won’t be the only customer that she will have helped like this, out of hours, and for no personal gain. She is an absolute blessing and has helped me so much. I don't normally bother completing reviews but I felt in this instance the company - and this particular researcher especially -really deserve a good write up. My experience of working with SNAP Surveys has been incredibly positive.

I signed up and completed a survey and got my 88p, I then tried to complete about 10 more serveys, which took about 20 minutes and after answering loads of questions I was told from them all that I didn't qualify. I have now just done 45 minutes of surveys, constantly trying one after another, answering correctly and honestly. It was a cycle of 'we have found a survey for you' to answer questions then get the 'you do not qualify'... 'we found a survey for you' etc. After 45 minutes I haven't been able to finish 1 servey which means I haven't earnt 1p. Not worth doing!
