Received a pair of Ugg slippers, a Chrustmas present for my granddaughter, however, on one of the slippers there is a clear ripple effect on the material & when you run your finger over it it is very evident, I have requested a refund & return due to this & because its an online purchase Sneakerville have decline my request. As per their T&C' only an online credit. Surely if the goods are faulty I am entitled to a refund?
They have finally come back to me to sort the issue out.
This company have now come up trumps for me. They have kept in touch & offered an exchange which I am more than happy with.

We don't sell pack of cards unfortunately. All our booster boxes are direct from bandai and tcg wholesalers and come factory sealed and impossible to be tampered with.
