Convenient.
I liked the feature on the web site of being able to collect the goods at their warehouse, and in a socially distant manner too. That was very convenient for me, and it means that I had the goods the next day, for less. Nice one!

I bought two new garments I am very happy with - wool skivvy and cargo pants for bushwalking. A third that I was interested in, was in the catalogue, but not available to the end of July.

I can search the online catalogue to see if items I may be after are in stock. Then, it's just a choice of whether to purchase goods online, or take a short trip to the outlet, which is only about 10 mins from home. The staff are always friendly and are courteous and helpful.
