I have purchased countless times with soccer box and did so again like a loyal customer.
This time I purchased a Chelsea top which stated it was for ages 8-10. The child I purchased it for is 7 years old!
The top was soo small it fit on my 3 year old.
When I reached out to the company I was told they couldn't help with exchanging it because it had a players name on the back. Really really disappointed! You have lost a loyal customer.

To confirm, you purchased a 8-10 years size which is the size that we sent.
As per our terms and conditions, if you select to have your shirt personalised we are unable to accept it back as a return as it is no longer in a resalable condition.
If a customer is unsure of the size we always recommend they contact us prior to purchasing and we are more than happy to measure the shirt.
When you contacted our customer service team, as a gesture of goodwill we did offer a discount on a future product.
Although you are unhappy with our decision we hope this information clarifies why we refused to accept your item as a return on this occasion.

Great company - efficient and fast delivery. Would recommend and order again. A lot of companies promise a lot on the internet but deliver little.Soccerbox seem to be one of the few exceptions where you can order an item and actually expect to receive it in a timely fashion and with no fuss

Amazing service, as soon as I purchased confirmation came in straight away. the shirt came exactly when stated and updated me throughout the shipping.The shirt came in amazing condition 100% authentic. Was a little sceptical when I first came across this website but it surprised me massively with how good it is. Was about to purchase from the official Man Utd store a jersey as a client gift and needed quick delivery.
The official store has some of the worst ever reviews which was surprising until you see who is the supplier they use.
But Trustpilot always come in handy in recommending equivalent shops, did a quick search and found SoccerBox.
Found all sizes available for a home jersey and delivery was punctual according to description.
Absolutely recommended Soccer Box and that you check reviews before you buy anything!
