Great connection via API

So far - and we are early in this, this tool has done what we need simply. I got up and running in about a half an hour and it seems to work and do what we need.

There are a couple of things I question that might make it better. But for me, I don't want to spend hours learning how to use software. I just want something that works and is easy to understand.

Maybe as we continue to work with it I'll find stuff that they could do better. I hope they'll keep developing. But I hope that they will preserve the simple just works approach.

I have been using SocialBu to manage and automate my social media content, and it has been a very helpful tool for my CPA practice. As a solo practitioner with a busy tax and accounting workload, consistent posting is difficult to maintain manually. SocialBu makes it much easier to schedule content in advance across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and Google Business Profile.

I like that I can prepare posts in batches, customize captions for different platforms, and rely on the automated scheduling to keep everything running without interruption. The automation features are useful, especially for republishing evergreen tax tips and updates. The interface is simple, and I was able to learn the system quickly.

There are occasional API-related posting delays, which is common for most social media schedulers, but overall the platform is reliable. For the price, SocialBu offers strong value and saves me a significant amount of time during tax season. It has helped me stay consistent with my marketing and visibility without adding to my workload.

I recommend SocialBu to small business owners and professionals who need an easy and affordable way to automate their social media presence.

The company allowed me to try out the trial, as that I had questions and some issues, they answered quickly and gave me a big of a discount. It works for my needs, and I see they are often and constantly upgrading. Ease of use is also big for me.

This platform is exactly what I needed! Other alternatives, such as Buffers free plan worked, but were too expensive with features that I did not need. When I needed to add more than 3 channels it would have cost $80+, but SocialBu offers a solution supporting 12 channels for a quarter of the price. Especially love that approvals are a feature! Highly recommend. Support is also wonderful to deal with if you have any questions.

Great experience. Customer service feedback is wonderful, fast replies, and also the interface and app itself works wonders - no struggles, solves time management problem as well as being able to service multiple clients from one platform. Great.

Ultimately the best option for social media posting, in terms of pricing and in terms of unlimited posting!

Have really enjoyed using SocialBu as a social media management platform. The most cost effective platform I've come across that can manage multiple channels at a costly amount. It's rare to have this flexibility. It has the basics - but the basics is what you need.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with SocialBu. The cost to benefit ratio is fairly balanced, and their constantly updating platform means many of the features you might want right now are likely to appear in the future. Their customer service is quick to respond and help find solutions to bugs and solutions.

**Pros**
1) Customer service. They're generally quick to respond to address bugs and problems you're having with your account. They'll also follow-up to make sure the issue didn't crop up again. That takes top marks in my book.

2) For what you pay, you get quite a lot of features and options.

3) If what you need is a system that can schedule to multiple accounts with the option to customize for each account, this does precisely that. It also has a solid queue system to make it easier to schedule content for high-performance users.

4) Most of the features are fairly easy to use, including the browser extension. Once you understand what SocialBu can do, it's pretty easy.

5) It works as described pretty much all of the time. I can't recall if the system ever went down in the 2+ years I've used it.

6) The roadmap is solid and the community requests section nets meaningful results. Smaller features are likely to happen pretty quickly. More complicated ones might take a few months. But if the community wants it, they'll get it done.

**Cons**
1) It isn't as feature rich as some of its competitors, but it's also half the price of some of its competitors. This is not a problem for me as an individual user who manages social media for a podcast as a hobby. I don't know if it would affect folks who need this system as a business solution, so do your own research.

2) The app, in my opinion, still needs a little work to iron out the kinks. It works, and it's fine, but it's not quite as smooth as it could be.

Disclaimer: Back in 2023, I was forced to move my social media activity to another platform when the SMMS I had been using cut support for the primary platform I was using at the time. I switched from a different Social Media scheduling platform mainly because of cost and the fact that it didn't allow me to post on BlueSky. Ive found SocialBu easy to use with some great features and highly recommend it.
