I had an issue where I was only receiving partial credit. I assume the system had picked up the item listed above the item I was redeeming, so the amount back was less than what I was owed. I emailed Support and they fixed the issue within a couple of hours. It was quick and situations like this strengthen my desire to continue to use Social Nature to try new products. So far they’ve been very trustworthy so I’m very happy with this platform.

I noticed my refund amount was incorrect, so I reached out to support on 4/14/26. The next day (4/15/26), I received an email confirming the issue would be corrected. By 4/16/26, my full refund was already back. A big thank you to Community Operations Specialist Joy for acting so quickly and fixing the error without delay. Truly appreciated!

Oh I had to do was let them know that there was an issue with my receipt not scanning and they take care of it and got me my money back.

I’ve been a user for years. It’s disappointing the site has moved away from mostly free offers for products in exchange for honest reviews. A lot of the products I am not interested in buying to try for only 50% off.

Social Nature is really good, the team is great and supportive. I love how it makes me try different things, new brands and eat healthier.

Great products, but the site itself is glitchy. Hard to remove offers that you weren’t able to complete and then even after you let customer service know it needs to be removed, it still appears on your list to be reviewed.

Social nature has a variety of healthy food rebates. They are quick at assessing receipts and payment.

Without any further prompting or communication on my part with this company; they immediately got to work in fixing the errors I was having and manually provided me with the rewards I had earned. I really like the Healthy alternative products they offer and ability to try for free at times; but have not reached out to participate in another offer yet. I really enjoy the healthy food options that are offered from Social Nature, especially the children friendly ones. I'm always running out of ideas on what to feed my little one, being able to give new food for my little one to try has really eased my mental load.

The system is quite rigid about which retailers qualify for the rebate, so checking the designated store beforehand is essential to ensure the offer remains valid.

Despite being very specific about my preferred shopping locations, I frequently receive suggestions for stores I have no interest in visiting. This makes the initial questioning feel somewhat redundant, as the algorithm doesn't always seem to honor those preferences. However, even with this need for better personalization, the overall pros of the service outweigh the minor frustrations.

I enjoy trying new products, and with Social Nature they give me the incentives to do it, and not only that is changing my habits to go for healthier options
