Notevoli!

I had a small issue with my order, as some of the items I received were not labeled exactly as advertised on the website. I contacted customer support, and they responded very quickly and professionally.

The communication was friendly, transparent, and they took the time to explain the situation in detail. Most importantly, they offered a fair solution without any hassle, which I really appreciated.

In my experience, SoftairGames handled my case exceptionally well. Their customer service was excellent, the response time was very fast, and they genuinely cared about finding a solution that satisfied me.

I would definitely buy from them again and can confidently recommend SoftairGames to anyone looking for quality airsoft gear and reliable customer support.

I migliori. Sono loro cliente da una vita. Mai un problema e super disponibili

Although I had seen several times SoftairGames.net and their very interesting range of products and prices, this was actually the first time I shopped from that site.
First impression was very positive, with the site switching automatically to English (presumably based on my IP address), with correct English descriptions and texts throughout (something that is unfortunately not always the case with Italy and/or San Marino based sites).
Communication was also impeccable, when required, and I got a surprisingly fast response to a question I posed.
Lastly, shipping of the goods was very fast and entirely uneventful.
I should also mention the excellent prices, much better than most of similar other sites across Eurore.
Overall a very good experience and a site I definitely plan to visit and shop again and would recommend without a hesitation.

Qualità prezzo buono...tempi di preparazione e consegna buoni e cordialità e interesse buoni. Consiglio
